Material and labour for making V groove,10mm wide and 30mm deep or upto the extend of crack present at site over crack line using electric operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade including cleaning the surfaces by air blower including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and directed. Note: The groove shall be cut on the concrete surface along the crack over beam or column.

Material and labour for sealing exposed 'V' groove, 10mm wide and 30mm deep with moisture insensitive epoxy putty Sikagard 694 F(I) or equivalent of Dr. Fixit/Fosroc, solvent-free, moisture tolerant, thixotropic, two part structural adhesive in ratio 1:1 to achieve strength as per manufacturer instructions including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and directed. Note: The groove shall be cut on the concrete surface along the crack over beam or column.

Supplying, grouting and injecting low viscosity injection resin Sikadur 52 of SIKA or equivalent of Dr. Fixit/ Fosroc, high strength epoxy resin injection through the nozzles under pressure using grout pump to fill all possible pores and gaps not exc 5mm, left within the concrete mass consisting drilling holes in structural members at the intervals clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles, insert 12 mm dia 50~75 mm long injection packers in cleaned holes with structural grade epoxy adhesive, supplying and applying a shrinkage free low viscous epoxy resin based injection grout, cut the packers by cut of wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements all as per manufacturer's instructions including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rates includes the cost of drilling holes, NRV nozzle or any other minor spares.

Supplying and applying flexible protective and waterproofing Slurry Sika Topseal 107 of SIKA or equivalent of Dr. Fixit/Fosroc,made out of two components ready to use polymer modified cementatious coating certified for potable water in three coats with glass fiber mesh of =>45 GSM, compressive strength 30 - 40 N/mm2 at 20 degree celcius after 28 days, flexural Strength 10 - 12 N/mm2 at 20 degree celcius after 28 days, bond strength shall not be less than 2 - 3 N/mm2 after 28 days (Coverage area in first coat shall be 1-1.5 kg/m2 on damp surface and in second coat 0.8 - 1 kg/m2 and the thickness of coating shall not be less than 1.5 mm) including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for three coats of two part water based protective epoxy coating Sikagard 67 of SIKA or equivalent of Fosroc / Dr Fixit using roller brush application all as per manufacturer's instructions including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and applying Sikatop 122 F of SIKA or equivalent of Fosroc/Dr Fixit , ready to use cementitious, polymer modified, 2-component repair mortar in 20 mm thickness having white liquid and grey powder ratio 1: 6 (5kg of liquid + 30kg of powder) as per manufacturer's instructions so as to achieve Compressive Strength at 28 days 40-45 N/mm2 ,flexural strength at 28 days 12-15 N/mm2 and Adhesion > 2.0 N/mm2 (concrete failure) at 28 days including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and applying Sika Rustoff 100 of SIKA or equivalent of Fosroc/Dr Fixit rust remover for rusted metal, iron based with brush for wetting of rusted metal surface and allow to react it for 16-24 hours and after 24 hours, a white layer will appear which will protect further corrosion of metal / steel for about 5-7 days including surface preparation, errection of steel props and before applying protective/passivating coating the surface should be wire brushed,thoroughly cleaned for dust with dry cloth (covering/dosage shall not be less than 1kg per 3- 5 sqm in 2 coats depending on the diameter of the rods or 0.120 to 0.150 kg per sqm per coat depending on extent of rusting and nature of substrate) including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and applying Sika Armatec 108 of SIKA or equivalent of Fosroc/Dr Fixit , anti corrossion coating to the steel reinforcement consisting of two component,cement based polymer modified two component coating for corrosion protection, 2 coats of 1mm thick each, fully compatible with the reinstatement methods adopted,errection of steel props as required for the application including surface preparation complete all as specified and directed (coverage area of mixed system shall not be less than 0.8Kg per Sqm for two coats).

Notes for Ser No 1 to 8: (i) The work shall be carried out by the authorised applicator of manufacturer . (ii) The quoted rates includes the cost of chipping of unsound concrete including erection and installation of scaffolding. (iii) The contractor shall submit the written performance guarantee of treatment carried out to over head reservoir or under ground sumps for any cracks, leakage and seepage for 05 years from the date of physical completion of work. (iv) 5% amount of the total amount of treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 05 years. However contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor' risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. The contractor's quoted rates for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

Material & Labour for preperation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls of over head tanks by complete brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Contractor shall quote their rates considering upto the height 30 m staging of tank and rate for scaffholding included in quoted rate ).

All as per Item No 9.00 here in before but UG sumps and Semi UG sumps and building only complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for vibratory compacted, precast cement concrete rubber moulded, colored (except grey color), interlocking designer paver blocks in Milano shape, confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade, as in path, hard standing, etc. laid over and including 25mm compacted sand cushioning ,including 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate including surface excavation over area n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and removing excavated soil exc 50mtr but n. exc 250mtr including demolition of existing paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints , hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in CM or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches , pillar,drain etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work built in CM (1:6) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius using sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old size bricks) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing heavy duty rubber moulded coloured chequered tiles with laquer polish for extra shine of 50 Sqm size 300 mm x 300 mm x 22-25 mm thick, ISI marked, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement screed (1:4) base including demolition of existing chequered tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 metre wide not exc 1.50 metre deep in soft/ loose soil for laying of pipe line and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in path or against cutting of road etc including form work complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting/removing of bushes/small trees/vegetation growth upto a distance of appx 50 mtr around the UG sump,OHT,Pump house not exc 30cms deep incl drains all around the plant incl rough surface leveling/cutting,filling upto 12" height/ depth all around the plant and burning at a distance of 50mtr (minimum) in the presence of Engr-in-charge including sprinkling the round up chemicals for drying/killing the bushes,shrubs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old surfaces of CI/DI/GI pipe 100 to 20 mm bore by removing old paint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on all external surfaces of CI/DI pipe for rising supply, overflow and washout 100mm bore vertical length including necessary scaffolding and other arrangement required for painting ccomplete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance and repair to leakage/blockage of water supply CI/DI pipe line of 80 mm to 300 dia size including necessary excavation required for taking out burning out lead joint or damaged rubber ring/hole from position and making the disturbed surfaces as per existing specification after replacing new spun yarn and lead joint or Tyton joint/D-joint or necessary fitting required as per site and making the pipe line leak proof completly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Mild steel framed works such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars, shouldered and/or rivetted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame works of water tank and similar work confirming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, binding, cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 181375.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in PDFf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
