Excavation in trenches and not exe. 1.5 m wide and not exe. 1.5 m in depth for foundation of drain, man hole, laying of cables, stay etc. not exe. 10 Sq. m on plan and not exe. 1.5 m depth and getting out in any type of soil (i.e. soft/ loose or hard/ dense soil) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cu. m, getting out in soft/ loose soil and removing surplus soil to a distance exceeding 500 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance exceeding 250m but not exc 500m and depositing where directed .at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete for steel pole complete all as specified.

M&L factory made pre cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for pre-cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in block masonry with solid building blocks or slaps 10 cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed ) set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concerete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundation, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, base of columns etc and the like complete. Note: Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete, 1:1½:3 type A1 Nominal mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified. Note: Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Use & waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter with rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified.

Use & waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, peirs, columns and stanchions rough finished surfaces of concrete, square rectangular or polygonal, complete all as specified.

S&F 10 mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending, hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in framed work as in integrated doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410-W Gde E-250.

S&F galvanized mild steel screw bolt of 5-10 mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exceeding 5 cm complete all as specified.

Supply only MS galvanized chain link fencing (120 to 140 gms) 4mm dia and 75mm spacing and weighing not less than 2.75 kg/sqm diagonally pinned including line wire rails, straining bolts and provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Make: M/s Sachi, TATA as approved by GE.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size rails, straining bolt etc including provision of binding wire complete all as directed.

M&L for Granite 16-18 mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, cills, raiser, under wash basins, platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using pigment to match with shade of granite complete all directed and specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work/ block masonry or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished smooth and even without using extra cement complete all as directed..

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered walls complete all as specified.

M&L for Two coats of 1st quality synthetic enemal paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer over any description of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth including necessary preparation of new steel surface complete all as directed.

S&F 250 W LED flood light fittings with high pressure die cast housing with lens IP 66 protection, powder coated CCT(k) 5700, asymmetric including suitable new bracket fix on pole and nut bolt with electrical connections complete all as directed. Make: Bajaj GLEAMF275L WH SY PC SD V2 or equivalent of make Jaquar/ Crompton Greaves/ Philips/ Wipro/ Havells as approved by GE.

S&F 45W decorative LED outdoor post top lighting fixture, CCT 3000K with powder coated pressure die cast aluminum housing and spun aluminium top reflector with decorative clear acrylic diffuser and IP 65 protection. The fitting shall have LED with Lens and PCB, fitting shall be sealed with a non-ageing silicone gasket fixed as per manufacturers instructions and making neccessary electrical connections including fix to 50mm new GI pipe, PVC conduit as required length at site and testing on completion complete all as directed.
