Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n.exc. 63 mm with broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to floor and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type-B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hardsdanding with spike rolling or making impression of expanded metal while the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/per Sqcm in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 20mm thick expansion joints, filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade ‘A’, thickness of concrete slab in 150mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm thick machine pressed precast conctete interlocking coloured paver block in any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 using M-40 Grade concrete with grey cement and pigment including laid over and including 25 mm dry sand cusioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid bedded and jointed in any mortar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain pre-cast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb stone, set and jointed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete al as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 150 mm dia bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description as in drain cover slabs and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing pre-cast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs for manholes, drain covers, chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends, bending spirally for hooping for columns, and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends, bending spirally for hooping for columns, and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-22 mm thick, laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed base in cement mortar (1:6) in flooring, set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, grinding and polishing in granite finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18-22 mm thick, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) as in vertical surfaces, set & jointed in neat grey cement slurry and ponted in white cement mixed with pigment to match including rubbing, grinding and polishing in granite finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specifed and directed.

Cleaning/clearing of sewage line 100mm dia upto 1.5 m depth from top of MH to bottom of pipe, by rodding from WC to Gully trap/manhole or from cleaning eyes including getting out sludge/waste from manhole and well flushing after cleaning, removing sludge/waste to low lying area as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/clearing of sewage line 150mm dia upto 1.5 m depth from top of MH to bottom of pipe, by rodding from WC to Gully trap/manhole or from cleaning eyes including getting out sludge/waste from manhole and well flushing after cleaning, removing sludge/waste to low lying area as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/clearing of sewage line 150mm dia exc 1.50 m but n.exc 3.00 m depth from top of MH to bottom of pipe, by rodding from WC to Gully trap/manhole or from cleaning eyes including getting out sludge/waste from manhole and well flushing after cleaning, removing sludge/waste to low lying area as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/clearing of sewage line 150mm dia exc 3.00 m but n.exc 6.00 m depth from top of MH to bottom of pipe, by rodding from WC to Gully trap/manhole or from cleaning eyes including getting out sludge/waste from manhole and well flushing after cleaning, removing sludge/waste to low lying area as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/clearing of sewage line 200mm dia exc 3.00 m but n.exc 6.00 m depth from top of MH to bottom of pipe, by rodding from WC to Gully trap/manhole or from cleaning eyes including getting out sludge/waste from manhole and well flushing after cleaning, removing sludge/waste to low lying area as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Removing sludge/spoil after getting out from septic tanks/Cess pool/manholes to a distance not less than 1500 mtr including loose dirty stones etc with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (Vaccum) type machine mounted on vehicle and having facilities of high pressure of water thermoplastic fibre blended water jetting house and through conical/round shape nozal pipe and removing outside MD land in low lying area complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm in deep and getting out in soft/loose soil incl cutting and removing grass bushes, small plant etc surrounding septic tank, soakage well and manholes etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work in cement mortar (1:6) using old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick work, concrete surfaces or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement motar (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid for separetaly under relevant item at supply only rates.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.
