Cleaning and removal of earth, silt, sludge, kankar, boulder, building material and garbage in existing nallah/drains including construction of bypass arrangement to bypass water with 1.5m lift from ground level and lead upto 50 m including foul & saturated condition where pumping out or bailing out of water is required, including shoring, shuttering where required and dewatering. Making access for disposal and dressing disposal side as per the directed of the Engineer. For Depth upto 1.50 m

Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking :: Earth

Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level. Depth upto 1.5 m

Random rubble dry stone Kharanja (soling) under floor.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibrator including curing complete as per clause 2100 of MoRT&H specification including all scaffolding, material, labour, machinery.

Providing and laying TMT bar reinforcement at any level in foundation/ pile/ pile cap complete as per drawing and clause 1600 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour and machinery.

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto two stories excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Carriage of materials by manual labour including loading, unloading and stacking for lead less than 0.5 Km : Sand, bazri, ballast, kankar
