Regular & Preventive Maintenance of Dozers: Checking of oil levels like gear oil, clutch oil, hydraulic oil, water level in the radiators, axle oil, engine oil, transmission oil, brake oil, coolant oil level and topping up these oils & topping of water in radiators, Checking of batteries and apply of petroleum jelly to the terminals, providing of charging if required and fixing to the Dozers & wheel loaders as and when required, Replacement of alternators and self-motors and checking / tightening of V belts whenever fails, propeller shaft replacement, Turbo charger replacement, U-Joint Coupling replacement, Carrier roller replacement, Track bolt changing, Segment bolts changing and tightening, greasing to the chains and all the grease points, Arresting of leakages from control valves and drain valves, Water servicing of dozers & payloaders, Replacement of battery terminals and lugs, Air filter cleaning for dozers & payloaders, replacement of filters, hoses, O-rings, minor welding works and fabrication, etc for BD-355/BD-155 model Dozers
