MECHANICAL WORK

Installation of Batch Mixer rotor shaft with complete assembly. (Work included dismantling the existing damaged rotor shaft, end bearings, bearing blocks etc from the existing mixer and reassembling it with a new one rotor shaft after fixing ribs and supporting rods of the rotor on the shaft. Rotor to be reassembled with new bearings and bearing blocks. Necessary manhole to be provided on the batch mixer body for entry of fabricator inside the mixer. Batch mixer rotor shaft, Bearings, Plummer block, New shaft, Rotor ribs ,Rod etc will provide from CFP, Malampuzha.

Pellet cooler blower out let dust Arresting:- Do necessary modifications in pellet cooler blower cyclone Airlock and its piping. Or Install additional cyclone air lock of size 700 MM with required no of bends, Elbow of 16 gauge stainless steel: and Gravity piping. The necessary materials for completing the work are also covers under the scope of supply of the contractor.

Rectification of weight variation in weigh hopper three:- Frequent weight variation is noticed in the weigh hopper -3. it is mainly due to erection problem of weigh hopper- 3.It is to be rectified by necessary modification work included disconnecting and re assembling the existing gravity pipe from Batch conveyor 2and Batch conveyor 3.or necessary modification in the weigh hopper-3 The necessary materials for completing the work are also covers under the scope of supply of the contractor.

Leakage arresting of conveyor and elevator:- prevent dust come out from the discharge end of elevators and Chain conveyors. Rectification work included enlarges the size of conveyor end trough and connecting chute by using ms sheet and channels.
