Cleaning of dust removal to all loose existing sunken floor any material manually and with heat tark gun to get smooth plain finished surface including removing of vegetation/plantation with no loose material on surface. Repair all joints and cracks with highly elastic bituminous cold applied putty of tarplasic having penetration after setting upto 8mm. Levelling of surface to give proper slope will be done as per site requirements with Shalipatch or euqivalent make of approved by GE cold applied.Bituminous mortar and cold emulsion cum water proofing liquid of Shalikote-T-10 or equavalent make as approved by GE, created SSD condition on surface with water. Prime the surface with Tarfelt LM or equivalent make as approved by GE mixed with portable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 400gm per Sqm (as per surface condition). Apply first coat of Tarfelt LM or equivalent make as approved by GE having alongwith 200% conforming to ASTM-C-412 & having crack bridging of 8mm conforming to ASTM-C-836 with tensile strength after 7 days 0.50mm conforming to ASTM-C-412 with no diluation water on primed surface while the surface is still tacky with consumption of 700gm /Sqm. Lay Geotex of 45 GSM/fiber mesh simultaneously and paste it properly with overlap of 50mm.

Allowed of first coat to dry for 10 to 12 hrs. Apply 2nd coat on cured first coat with consumption @ 700gm/Sqm in opposite direction of 1st coat by brush or roller. Allow it to dry for 10-12 hrs after apply 3rd coat with consumption @ 700gm/Sqm. Ensure final curing time of 36 hrs before allowing/carrying out any further work. Conduct ponding test after minimum 7 days applying 2 coats of U V Resistand Elastomeric Exterior Axcrylic weather resistant water proof coating of Shalicryl - 215 or eauivalent make as approved by GE having elongation of 300% after curing of 14 days conforming to ASTM D-6083, for U V protection of bituminous Elastomeric Acrylic emulsified liquid membrance of Tarfelt LM or equivalent make as approved by GE to give long life and prevent its deterioration from sunlight. Note : Application of water proofing treatment will be done by authorised applicator only.

Preparing existing surface of floor and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tarracing tiles single layer on roof and top or complete removal of existing tretment, complete all as directed.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment over RCC roof, projections of any thickness, any type by stripping out old tar felt over roofs, parapets, chimney stacks etc laid horizontally or vertically including taking out layer of cement plaster etc and cleaning the surface with wire brush including removing debris from the site and depositing in low lying area where directed and providing following :- (a) Applying brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm. (b) Apply a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384@ 0.4 ltr/Sqm on newly plastered surface after curing as per IS-456 and dried. (c) After the primed surface has dried, apply a coat of hot blown bitumen(85/25 penetration) confirming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm of the surface.

(d) After the primed surface has dried, apply a coat of hot blown bitumen(85/25 penetration) confirming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm of the surface. (e) Provide polymeric water proofing membrane ISI marked laid with overlaps, bonded with hot blown bitumen, and laid by torch application method, end overlaps shall not be less than 150mm and side lap 75mm. Polymeric water proofing membrane should be five layered with centre core as 90 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film, min weight 3 Kg per sqm. APP membrane shall laid acorss the slope from lowest line of sloping roof towards ridge. (f) Over the APP membrane, apply a coat of semi hot blown 85/25 penetration grade bitumen confirming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/ sqm and blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg / Sqm dusted over the bitumen coat Note : (i) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface. (ii) Ponding test shall be conducted for 72 hrs as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in roof padding for slopping purpose including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacture's instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and directed

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including side and end lap as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Designer ceiling board size (600X600X4mm) in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions, laid over and including hot dipped galvanised iron in post grid with 24mm wide T section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33 mm thick galvanised steel sheet of size 24 x 32 x 300 mm spaced at 1200 mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centres. Hangers of GI wire 4 mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug or hanged with existing truss members. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450 mm from adjacent wall flush fittings of 1200 mm long screws Tee with (double stiching) to interlocked between main runners at 600 mm centre to centre from 1200 x 600 mm modules cross tee longer than 600 mm modules to be formed by fittings 600 mm long cross tee, tee perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45 mm thick galvanised steel of size 19 x 19 mm and 300 mm long of white colour all as per insturctions including dismantling of existing board etc complete all as specified and directed.
