Surveying, designing, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, trial run and running operation and maintenance for 5 years with appropriate sewage treatment plant (STP) of 50 KLD Capacity including sewage network for CHM..on Turnkey Basis.

Survey, Planning, Designing, providing, constructing, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactory trials of Cyclic Activated Sludge Process Based (CASP) on Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology, STP consisting of Raw Sewage Sump, Sump Pump House, Plant Room, Screen Chamber, Grit Chamber, Inlet cum Equalization Tank, Aeration Tank (SBR), Disinfection Tank, Sludge Sump and other Miscellaneous Civil works with necessary piping work including required valves, gates, drains, pathways etc. complete as Turnkey Job with all involved Civil, Electrical and Mechanical works inclusive of following items, units as per specifications for Civil, Electrical and Mechanical components with all duties and taxes etc. complete to achieve pH around 7.0, COD <50 mg/l, BOD <10 mg/l, Suspended Solids <10 mg/l, Fecal Coliform <1000 MPN/100ml. All structural steel works/ fabrications are to be provided, with application of hot dip zinc coating according to specifications as per IS 4759: 1996 (Reaffirmed 2006)

SEWERAGE SYSTEM/ SEWER NETWORK : Surveying, designing, constructing and commissioning of the sewarage system/ sewerage network for the complete colony for discharging the sewage to the STP consisting of the sewerage network of RCC pipe NP-2 class of suitable dia of length 2863 mtrs approx as per the design including all necessary connections (including from buildings to the Sewer Network with necessary modifications/ traps, if any, as per requirement) and related jobs, pumping stations etc. as required including all complete items/ works as per scope of work (including cost of RCC/ Brickwork Manholes and Chambers as per requirment of site and scope of work). (Note: Payment shall be made/ deducted on pro-rata basis against increase and decrease in length of Sewer network as specified)

Construction of Boundary wall all around the STP with RCC column and column footing suitably spaced as per Design, plinth beam and coping beam of RCC M-20 grade and brick work with fly ash bricks of approved quality in cement mortar 1:6 including plastering finishing, main gate of structural steel of suitable size, priming, painting etc. all complete (Total length 200.00 mtrs approx) as per detailed design and scope of work. (Note: Payment shall be made/ deducted on pro-rata basis against increase and decrease in length of Boundary wall as specified)

OPERATION & MAINTENANCE : Operation and Maintennace of STP for 5 five years (Total 60 calender Months) after completion of construction of STP, Trial Run and commissioning of STP (including the required chemicals, man power T&P, spares, flushing of sewer network once in every three months etc. including disposal of sludge to the nearest location, all complete as per the instructions of the Engr-In-Charge)
