Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISi, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete : a) 300x16 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete : a) 300x10 mm

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ Sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm(minimum) made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm(minimum) made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm(minimum) made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 22(minimum)x22(minimum)x0.3 mm(minimum) and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of

all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. a) GI Metal Ceiling Lay in perforated Tegular edge global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm and 0.5 mm(minimum) thick with 8 mm drop made of GI sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm(minimum) (both sides inclusive) and 16% to 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm to 2.5 mm dia holes and having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient ) of 0.5(mimimum), electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation, and backed with a black Glass fiber acoustical fleece.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : a) Water thinnable cement primer

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : a) Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. a) Two coats.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : a)For fixed portion.

i)Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

b)For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately). i)Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge. a) Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): a) With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing availble 6 mm dia. G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium round shape handle of outer dia 100mm with SS screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge a) Anodized (AC 15 ) aluminium

Refixing the modular work stations in single or in cluster multi seated stations (2/3/5) using available dismantled workstations at designated location in the building as directed by Engineer in charge including providing necessary new screws, nuts wherever required . Each station size is approx 1200 mm x 510 mm x1200mm. Material of dismantled work stations is supplied by the department at no cost. Rate includes labour charges for refixing working stations at designated locations and other incidental charges only. Any new members provided as per directions of EICunless other wise specified will be paid seperately. Refixing each work station is measured as one job.

Providing and fixing polyvinyl chloride sheet in flooring and skirting in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesives of approved quality and manufacture like Fevicol SR 998 or equivalent including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in approved colour and shade. a )1.50 mm thick

Refixing Aluminium partition, doors at designated location in the building using available dismantled aluminium material , glass panels, particle boards, glazing clips, gaskets, screws etc all . The rate includes resizing, placing and fixing of the available members of aluminum, partcile boards,glazing with necessary new cp brass/stainless steel screws, clamps etc wherever required complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Dismantled aluminium partition material is supplied by the department at no cost. Rate includes Labour charges for refixing of aluminium partition and other incidental caharges only.( Any new aluminium members, particle board and glazing provided unless other wise specified as per directions of EIC will be paid seperately)

Refixing tiled false ceiling system at designated height and location in the building using available dismantled false ceiling material which includes aluminium T sections for frame work, ceiling tiles etc. The rate includes Labour charges for refixing of false ceiling system, any incidental charges and any new screws wherever required only as per directions of EIC. (Dismantled false ceiling frame materials and tiles will be supplied by the department at no cost. Any new members of frame work , tiles, hangers will be paid sepeartely. Area of false ceiling refixed is measured for payment.)

Providing and fixing plain lining with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/ nails and fixed on aluminium frame work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Rate includes fixing of aluminium frame work to base wall with necessary screws/nuts&bolts and fixing of lining to the frame work as directed by EIC (Frame work members will be supplied by the department at no cost) (Area of the lining is measured for payment. a) 12mm thick cement bonded particle board (Bison board make or equivalent) of approved make confirming to IS 14276, fire and moisture resistant

Providing and fixing antistatic homogeneous composition with specially carbon block conductive layer polyvinyl chloride sheet/tile, manufacture as per IS:3462-1962 in flooring and skirting in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesives of approved quality and manufacture like Fevicol SR 998 or equivalent including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete including providing copper foils at 600mm apart on both directions as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in approved colour and shade. a)2 mm thick.

Repairs to existing false flooring system at server room in 1st floor by removing false flooring tiles, cleaning of base flooring underneath false flooring by removing dirt,debris etc, checking of horizontal stringer members, vertcial pedestal members etc for proper alignment and fixed in position firmly and placing the required tiles in right position after proper cleaning the surface of tiles to remove dirt, stains etc using proper cleaning liquid including set right loosened edge beading, proper repositioning of stoppers in tiles wherever required, making cut outs wherever required etc all as per directions of EIC. ( Area of false flooring repaired with above operations is measured for payment)
