Material & labour for aluminium fixed type ventilators, made out of aluminum anodised hollow sections 63.50x38.10x1.95mm thick ,snap fit beading ,rubber gasket ,5mm thick sheet glass, including making disturbed portions of opening as good surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix aluminium door shutter with chowkats made out of hollow aluminium sections as mentioned below, each shutter having 2 Nos ‘D’ type aluminium handles of 200mm long 2 Nos aluminium tower bolts of 200mm long and 1 No mortice lock of 6 lever with key in duplicate, regulated by double action hydraulic floor door spring, shutter partly glazed with 5.5mm thick sheet glass and partly panelled with 12mm thick particle board pre-laminated fixed with glazing clips, rubber beadings and aluminium beadings all as specified and as directed. M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work for concrete surface and finished even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint on walls over 2-3mm wall care putty white, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down exising steel rolling shutter incl hood cover pull and push type, not exceeding 15 sqm area of sides of clear opening and cleaning the sides of shutters suspension shafts, anti-guide channel and gearing all the moving parts rolling shutters and strengthening rolling shafts and replacement of bolts and nuts as required for smooth functioning of shutters and refixing the same including hood cover complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 1.25mm thick steel rolling shutters, with chan wheel and hand chain, with out ball bearing as specified including top cover anchoring rod, hasp and staple, shaft, pipe, brackets, and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated complete motor operater type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs electrically operated, 1.25mm thick steel rolling shutters, with chain wheel and hand chain,and guide channels with out ball bearing as specified including top cover anchoring rod, hasp and staple, shaft, pipe, brackets, and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated complete gear operator type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Electric motor measured and paid separately under relevant item.

S&F Eelectric motor of capacity 3.70KV for rolling shutter including all necessary fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs MS gear box assembly complete incl connecting and fixing the gear box to wall with 4 Nos hexagonal bolts of 10mm dia and 100mm long complete including cutting into existing wall/pillar of brick work/RCC and filling back with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, and also making good surfaces of disturbed portion (20mm graded stone Agg), complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs and servicing to rolling shutters by removal of wornout components such as hood covers, laths, ball bearing, helical wire springs, lock plates, shaft pipes and straightening of existing guide channels, laths, hood covers at required places including greasing and servising, refixing in the same openings ccomplete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of New steel surfaces of any descriptionover 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any descriptionover 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC flooring (unreinforced) not exceeding 15cm thick (Below or above ground level) and removing debries out side of Naval Dockyard premesis complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 300cm x 300cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, laid over and incl cement screed bed 20mm thick in 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size of 60mm thickness , M-35 graded laid over sand cushioning complete all as specified.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of textile covering over roof and removing the debries to a distance 5km away from the Dockyard premises.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction by weight of cement and finish the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3Kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm ) shall be laid over entire roof surface and on vertical surface upto grooves with other laps of 100mm . The over lap shall be sealed by flames.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @1.2 Kg/Sqm including cleaning of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of bitumenous alumium paint @0.10 Kg/sqm including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including removal of debris outside of Dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete type 1:3:6 type C-2 (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trussess including special shape washer etc.complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 11611979 graded St. 240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an labour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and as directed.
