Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for and removing from site complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connection complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connection complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 25mm bore steel tubing and connection complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 40mm bore steel tubing and connection complete all as specified.

Refixing of old steel tubing and connection in new or old position as in walls/ceiling/floors etc bore of pipe 15mm complete all as specified. Note:- Serviceable pipe and connection shall be reused as obtained from Ser Item No 4.00 above.

S&F 110mm dia PVC(SWR) bends/shoe any radius with access door complete all as specified.

S&F 110 mm dia couplers complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing stack clamps made out of 50mm 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays. Including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof complete all as specified.

Dismantling of existing water tanks PVC exc 250 ltr but n. exc 500 ltr capacity and removing from site complete all as specified.

Dismantling of existing water tanks PVC exc 500 ltr but n. exc 1000 ltr capacity and removing from site complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if reqd) Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc reconnecting and re-fixing the same in position complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 500 ltr capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tank of white color (cylindrical vertical with closed top three layer) hoisted and fixed in position incl 20mm dia bore ball valve PTMT high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete all as specified.

All as above item No-27.00 but capacity of 1000 ltr complete all as specified.

Material and labour for square rubble walling Jodhpur type regular course well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar (1:6) including hammer dressing to faces of stone with maximum depression on face from a striant edge not exceeding 20mm complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with WPC on brick masonry /concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement up to 10.0 mtr height complete all as specified. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seprately.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 mix type B-O (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) average thickness 40mm in padding on roof complete finishing surface of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified.

M&L for 10mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) on concrete roof surfaces with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI Marked complete complete all as specified.

M&L water proofing treatment of roof surfaces comprising one coat of bitumen primer T-10/polymerised grade conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30kg /Sqm and one coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm, 3mm thick APP modified membrane (min 3.0 Kg weight/Sqm) with overlaps 100mm on side lap (length side) and 100 mm on end lap (the width side) having centre core of 100 micron HMHDPE with outer film 20 micron each and one coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/Sqm over APP membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in platform to PVC water tanks finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces of walls over one coat of primer including necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.
