Appendix A - Repainting the dam top parapet and connected structures of Main,Flanking Dams and repair the spalled concrete suface and replaster the same at Sholayar.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing the surface by removing rust using WD-40 spray and sand papper, applying a coat Dr. fixit pidicrete URP plus cement as bonding primer and plastering, finishing the surface with CM1:3 mortar mixed with pidicrete URP , including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead etc. complete as per the direction of site engineer.

Removing Fungi, dust, dirt, rust etc., from all surface by manualy/mechanicaly using water, scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Finishing surfaces with exterior emulsion in the luxury segment with including PU and Silicone technology for heavy rainfall area paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture ofrequired colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:One or more coats on old work

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications:Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Re-lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture (rate per letter per cm height)

Appendix B-Fixing GI tubular handrails inside the gallery of Sholayar main dam.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, excluding priming coat

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications:Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Supplying and fixing 8x100mm or nearest steel wedge type anchor fastner into the existing RCC for connecting the GI hand raill.
