1 All the work shall be carried out as per P.W.D.H.B. Vol. I & II (revised and other

specifications of non schedule items carried out as derected.

2 All the columns in schedule should be filled in ink and the entries in the last column should be

struck by the contractor under his signature.

3 All the rates quoted includes clearance of site ( Prior to commencement of work and its

clause) in all respects and hold good for work under all condition, site, moisture, weather etc.

4 The contractor shall exhibit a board as per Govt. circular No. B.D. 3277/1557/C. Dt. 26/04/78

(M.Gujarat) with detailed specifications and details of the work and cement involved at the

site, with out any payment as directed by the engineer in charge.

5 Contractor shall state even “ NIL” percentage if no reduction is offered.

6 No. advance payment on materials shall be made.
