Cleaning, sweeping and upkeeping the indoor area of RRI office building (Water Closet, Toilet, All kind of Furniture, Computer & its Peripherals etc.) including all Labs & Models, Bungalow and Field Hostels etc. including consumable materials viz. Harpic or other similar type of cleaner, Phenyl , Muriatic acid, carbolic acid , Liquid soaps , Colin or similar type of glass cleaner, Naphthalene, Bleaching powder, Room Freshener , Air pockets, Liquid hand wash and other required tools like Broom, brush, dusters, and other cleaning devices etc. as require for cleaning & sweeping for one year as per direction of the E.I.C

Maintenance of hedge for one year including application of necessary pesticide, farm yard manure, replacement of damaged hedge plant by new one complete in all respect as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants including materials.

Supplying and stacking sludge (adequate for Horticulturework) at site in dry cake form from approved disposal worksite including royalty, all lead and lift etc. (Sludge measuredin stack will be reduced by 8%).

Spreading of sludge, dump manure,/farm yardmanure/animel dung manure and good earth in requiredthickness. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants excluding materials.

Supplying and stacking of good earth (adequate forhorticulture work) at site including royalty (earth measuredin stack will be reduced by 20% for payment)

Cutting and clearing jungles including shrubs, water weeds, bushes, trees, plants, upto 30 cm. girth including removing as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning and removing conservancy garbage mixed with rubbish & other filthy materials from the road side flank, drain and compound including cutting, loading, unloading to and from truck or cart by Mathor labour & removing the same to any distance

Uprooting and removing plants from the surface of walls parapet etc and making good damages. (Repairing of damages to be paid separately) . Small plant of girth of exposed stem upto 75 mm. lift upto 6 mtr.

Mali Engaged for regular maintanance to the gardens and lawns of bungalow, 3 No’s field hostel , application of water, manure etc. to grasses, hedges, valuable plants and flower plants.

Unskilled labour for collecting, washing, drying, and ironing, linens, and clothes for the buanglow and 3 hoslels
