Earth work in excavation by manual/mechanical means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5M in width as well as 10Sqm on plan/over areas (exceeding 30 cm and upto 1.5 m in depth,1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan ) including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5M including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 5km from site /edge cutting or as directed by EIC. disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil including pumping out water caused by springs,tidal or river seepage,broken water means or drains and the like complete during execution of work.

Providing and laying of stone soling hand packed dry including all carriage and cost of material involved complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) (crushed) including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding C/o centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 course sand : 6 stone agg. using 20mm nominal size crushed ) including curing complete including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded Stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (crushed) in foundation,suspended floors, beams, columns, roofs etc excluding cost of centering and shuttering all work up to floor V level including all carriages and cost of materials involved up to site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding C/o centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 course sand : 4 stone agg. using 20mm nominal size crushed ) including curing complete including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Reinforcement for RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo Mechanically Treated bars. including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form in foundation footings, basses of columns,beams,suspended floors,columns including all carriages of material involved.

Brick work with common burnt clay FPS non modular bricks of class designation 75 upto floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand) including all carriages and cost of materials involved upto site of work complete.

Providing and fixing of 40X5mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30X10X15 cm 1:3:6 mix ( 1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clesrestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) with (Silver wood/ Imported Kail)

Structural steel work welded in built up sections , trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including all carriages leads lifts etc.

Providing colour coated (HI rib)G. S. sheet roofing of approved brand /shade fixed with GI self screws with pvc caps of matching colour design and pattern as per directions of Engineer-in -charge bolts and nuts excluding the cost of purlins,rafters and trusses (0.50mm thick ) including carriages all complete.

Providing coloured ridges /hips/valleys of approved brand and shade plain GS sheets fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks , bolts and nuts 8mm dia GI limpet and Bitumen washers complete (0.50 mm thick) including carriages Complete

Providing and fixing of plain eaves boarding 300mm x 40 mm (nominal size) imported kail wood incl cost of nails complete.

Providing and fixing in position 12 -14 mm thick T&G imported wooden panelling on walls ,ceilings,soffits including cost of necessary adhesive,nails ,framework with wooden scants , preparing surface for final finish ,Two coats of varnish/touchwood all complete including scaffolding charges and carriages of all material involved

Providing & Fixing of 65x65 mm/2 thick wooden cornice of budloo wood incl. all carriages complete.

15 mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:6(1 cement:6 coarse sand) including all carriages complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty (Birla or equivalent )of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth including all carriages complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work including applying a priming coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surfaces and all carriages complete.

Providing and fixing Ist qualityCeramic glazed wall tiles confirming to IS : 13753 of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved make like NITCO, ORIENT, KAJARIA, SOMANY or equivalent make in all colours shades and sizes as approved by Engineer in charge in skirting ,risers of steps and walls etc over 12 mm thick cement Mortar 1:3(1 cement:3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade (size of tile as specified by the site Engineer) including all carriages complete

Providing and fixing ceramic glazed floor tiles 300*300 mm(thickmness to be specified by the manufacturers) of 1st quality conforming toIS:13755 of NITCO,ORIENT,SOMANY,KAJARIA,or equivalent make in all colours,such as White,Ivory,Grey,Fume red,Brown sizelaid on 20 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) and jointed with white cement and matching pigment etc complete including all carriages.

Marble stone flooring with 16-18 mm (average) thick marble stone (sample of marble shall be approved by engineer-in-charge) over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand ) laid and jointed with cement slurry including rubbing and polishing complete including all carriages(Raj nagar plain white marble/Udhypuri green marble/zebra black marble including edge moulding to marble stone and machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc.complete as per design as approved by Engineer-in-Charge
