Taking down chowkats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm and n exc 4.0 sqm each including cutting holes for taking out of holdfast & making good in CM (1:4) after fixing new chowkats/ frames complete all as specified.

All as per item No 1 here in above but not exc 1.5 Sqm each including steel windows.

S & F factory made coloured WPC door frame 100% Solid, size 125mm x 65 mm double rebated ,made from wpc material comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60, calcium carbonate and natural fibres minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, and resistance to spread of flame of class 'A' category with property of being termite / borer proof, water / moisture proof & fire retardant & fixed in position with SS dash fasteners of required dia and length, colour of door frame to match that of shutter all as per specifications drawings complete all as specified and directed. (colour to be approved by Engineer-in charge )

All as per item No 3 here in above of size 100 mm x 50 mm, single rebated.

All as per item No 4 here in above but of size 70 mm x 45 mm, single rebated for cupboards.

S & F factory made 35mm thick 100% Solid WPC solid decorative type flush Door Shutter of required size comprising of virgin PVC resin of K Value 58-60, Calcium Carbonate and natural Fibers and Non toxic additives, made from Extrusion process WPC foam sheet Single Extruded (Inner) with density not less than 650 kg/cum having good screw holding capacity, Minimum Compressive Strength of 50 N/mm2 , Modulus of elasticity 850N/mm2 and resistance of spread of flame of Class A category with Property of being Termite/ Borer Free. Water/ Moisture Proof, Fire Retardant and fixing with stainless Steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS Screws. All as per direction of Engineer - In-Charge, Material test certificate and authentication should be compulsory provided by the manufacturing company complete all as directed and specified.

-ditto- but 20 mm thick WPC shutter for cupboards complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 35 mm thick factory made solid WPC gauged door shutter with wire mesh in three number of division with brown wood grain texture, including SS wire mesh (0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm) fixed with (15 x 15 ) mm square tubes in side rails with screwing 8x28 heat metal zinc coated screws that can be removed or fixed again after changing of wire mesh when needed covered with moulded beading complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Gauged door shutter shall be fabricated from single piece of WPC board.

S&F stainless steel butt hinges of size 100 mm fixed full body threaded star headed counter stainless steel sunk screws.

S&F continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electro galvanised with of flap (when open) 30 mm etc complete all as directed and specified.
