Taking down and dismantling the ceiling fan any sweep from site and removing its allied smaller parts such as down rods, bushes, nuts and bolts with clamp etc and refixing the same in its original position after replacement with all the new parts in place of wornout parts and such as rubber bushes, nuts&bolts(branded company) all washers, quarter pin and spring washers complete, including flexible twincore FRLS copper wire 0.75 Sqmm size ISI marked with necessary connector (for blade/body) as required and testing the same complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply only new parts required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply only shakle & clamps thickness not less then 3 mm including, rubber bush, tempered anodized bolts and nuts (half threaded nuts and necessary holes for holding safety pin ), split pin and washers of branded company as per IS specification suitable for fixing ceiling fan any sweep with standard design and specification with load bearing capacity not less then 15 to 20 Kg branded product as per IS specification duly IS marked complete for ceiling fan any sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Powder coated Heavy grade MS down rod of 15 mm bore with outer dia of 21.5mm 12" long including making holes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Powder coated Heavy grade MS down rod of 15 mm bore with outer dia of 21.5mm 18" long including making holes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Powder coated Heavy grade MS down rod of 15 mm bore with outer dia of 21.5mm 24" long including making holes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for numbering ceiling fan with super enameled black / approved colour paint ISI marked and writing the letters " MES / VIZ / XXXXX / 2019 on the head of ceiling fan of any sweep of letter size not less than 10mm with bold font all as specified and directed.

Labour only for proper checking of earth continuty to each and every light / Fan / plug socket of capacity 5 Amps / 15 Amps / Geyser point / AC Points of building, location as given by Engineer-in-charge and if found major voltage difference between neutral and earth wire than supply, and drawing in surface / ceiling concealed or open PVC conduit with one run of single core 1.5 Sqmm / 2.5 Sqmm / 4.0 sqmm as required (for each wire) of multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 Volts ISI marked for earth continuty compete all as specified and as directed. Note : The replaced multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 Volts ISI marked wherever required shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevant item as supply only.

Supply only Single core multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 Volts ISI marked of size 1.5 Sqmm as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Single core multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 Volts ISI marked of size 2.5 Sqmm as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Single core multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 Volts ISI marked of size 4.0 Sqmm as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. Make of Cable for Item No8 ,9 and 10 : PLAZA / POLYCAB / HAVELLS or equivalent.

M & L for checking and testing earth resistance value by earth testing megger at every earth pit of building earthing at Dolphin Hill and find out the record and maintain it in a proper register and obtain proper signature of Engineer-in-Charge at the site complete all as specified and as directed.
