Biennial contract for sweeping and cleaning works at different residential buildings & surrounding areas of SgTPP Township.
Deployment of 16 Nos MOS-I and 18 Nos MOS-II workers (Monthly payment shall be made subject to the availability of service on every calender day of month including sundays and holidays. In case of non-availability of service on holidays or sundays from duty by the manpower to be deployed by the agency, deduction of payment will be made for such non-service days.)
Supply of Consumable (Cost of tools & tackles including consumable materials as required for the job will be paid on actual basis on submission of original voucher/Challan by the agency)
Profit and over head charges (Payment will be made as per actual attendance and applicable quoted rate in the form of % to Sl. No. 1.01).
Supply of PPE's (Cost of PPE's as required for the job will be paid on actual basis on submission of original voucher/ Challan after certified by Safety Officer)
Contractor workers (MOS covered) whose Gross wages exceed Rs. 21000/- per month need to take EC policy as per gross wages of the contractor workers upto the limit of Rs. 15000/- alongwith Medical (HOSPITALIZATION) Benefit of Rs. 2 lakh per annum (Ref No. COHRA10110003/932 (i-v) dated 08.04.2022 & COHRA10110003/946 (i-v) dated 11.04.2022). The premium amount will be Rs.321/- approx. per head per month excluding Medical (HOSPITALIZATION) Benefit.
To avoid hassles of GPA reimbursement, as per Circular dated 25.08.2021 of the GM, SgTPP under memo no. SgTPP/GM/HR&A/Cir/6558, in this regard, the cost of GPA premium may be considered as Rs.130/-approx. per head per annum within the estimate.
