Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. All kinds of soil

Construction of granular sub- base by Providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, Carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in- Charge.With material conforming to Grade-II (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-25

Providing, laying and fixing PVC pipes,fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1 m spacing.This includes jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Concealed work,including cutting chases and making good the wall etc.110mm pipe 4kgf/cm2
