Excavation in foundations and trenches etc, in earth work, lift upto 1.50 mtrs stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required in to plinth of foundations etc, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and than disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20 mtrs, in all kind of soil in P.W. & J.W. 50 % Each.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1cement: 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Random rubble masonry / polygon rubble masonry (Uncoursed/ brought to course) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concerete 1:6:12 (1Cement :6 Sand : 12 Graded stone aggrete of 20 mm nominal size) in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6Sand ) in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1cement: 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

2nd class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation & plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cment:6 sand) 2nd Class bricks including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

2nd class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in Supper Structure in cement mortar 1:6 (1cment:6 sand) 2nd Class bricks including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing & Fixing of fencing panel of size 1.20mx1.80m of jali 25x25mm welded to M.S. black tube of 32mm dia of 14 gauge mm thick with M.S. flats 20x3 mm , welded all around the pipe pannel two on both sides and providing hold fasts 7 Nos. of M.S. Flate of 32x3 mm thickness consting of tee of size 15x15 Cms tee acting as hold fasts including cutting, welding painting with other than white paint to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surface (two coat) to give an even shade including thourghly brooming the surface to remove all dirt ,dust morter dirts and other foreign matter including all leads , lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses, and framed work including cutting, hoisting in position and applying a priming coat of read lead paints in gratings framed guard bars, ladders,railings brackets, and similar work in man gate with locking arragment.

Fixing and jonting 32 mm dia GMS pipes in railing old dismantled pipe including,cuttng and fixing in brick Columan position all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick stone masonary for interier plastering upto floors two level including arrisis ,internal rounded angle ,chamfers and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement morter 1:6(1cement:6app sand)including all leads , lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Applying a priming coat over new steel and steel based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing stell primer red oxide paint including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Painting two coat ( excluding priming coat) on new steel and steel based surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt and dust and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint other than white including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick and welded with angle iron frame of 30x30x5 mm so as to give a frame of fair finish including centring , shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

a) Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floorsetc. 200 mm in thickness.

b) Vertical surface such as such as wall ( any thickness parttions & the like i/c attached pillars buttresses plinth & string courses & the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1cement: 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floor. Roofs, landings shelves and cantilevers upto floor two level including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing mild/tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending and binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Stone Soling under flooring dry hand packed tigthly including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4(1cement :2app sand:4app graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement 40mm thick including all leads,lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing & laying PCC 1:5:10( 1Cement : 5 Sand : 10 Stone aggregate 40 mm N/Size ) with 15% plum as per HPPWD Sapecification the size of Boulder 150 x 300 mm ) including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Boulder filling dry hand packed behind retaining/breast walls including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site & as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
