Dismantling RCC fencing post/ struts imbedded in PCC including taking out embedded portion & making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling / taking out structural steel as in gates or posts complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes in soft /loose soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out and returning filling in and ramming with concrete around and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed. Note - PCC filling will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in precast fencing posts, struts etc for fencing, average sectional areas exc 100 but n exc 250 Sqcm, rounded or mitred tops & fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast RCC 1:2 :4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in RCC Post / Drain covers incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing in repairs including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, incl dismantling of fencing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 10 mm round bars cut to length bent to shape for tying/ tightening wire mesh( Chain Link fencing) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS Work as in fencing posts/struts incl cutting, notching, drilling holes, welding for wire flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 11 to 15 mm dia with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5 cm but not exc 10 cm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gate of ornamental and intricate design conforming to Fe 290, Gde E-165, with gusset plates, rails braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering and hang as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS work as in hold fasts, bands supports, clamps, wall ties hooks incl nut and bolts, sliding door bolts hand made and similar small articles etc. conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 including welding etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as , bed block for inserting hold fast and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation new steel surface over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F reinforced concrete pipes 200 mm dia, class NP 2 with one collar per length of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concrete bed to drain pipe in Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm stone aggregrate including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested of 200 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

Taking out / demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC orReinforced concrete) of dia 300 mm dia set in cement mortar incl haunching and benching complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

S & F reinforced concrete pipes 300 mm dia, class NP 2 with one collar per length of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concrete bed to drain pipe in Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm stone aggregrate including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested of 300 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

Removing exacavated material to a distance n.exc 50 m & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16-18mm thick red sand stone slabs polished, set and jointed in cement and stone dust mortar 1:3 and pointed in cement mixed with approved pigment to match over and including 15mm thick rendring in cement mortar (1:4) as on wall complete all as specified and directed.
