Resource Management for main receiving sub station cum power house with One FGM in Two shift including sundays and gazette holidays for manning the installation and attending all type of HT/LT complaints without any delay all as directed. 1st Shift - 0600 to 1400h 2nd Shift - 1400 to 2200h Sub Stn consisting of following :-

Main receiving two pole structure (GEB) for incoming HT Supply with metering unit - 01 Nos.

Main incoming two pole structure (MES) for incoming HT Supply - 01 Nos.

Two pole structure (MES) for distribution of HT supply - 02 Nos.

Transformer of 63 KVA with LT Panels - 02 Nos.

Transformer of 25 KVA with LT Panels - 03 Nos.

HT/LT over head line for whole area.

Vaccum circuit breaker 11 KV Make-CG-05 Nos

He shall maintain a records of breakdown of power supply from GEB and shut down given by trades man before taking any shut down contracture intimate JE E/M or AGE E/M and shut down shall be taken only in presence of JE E/M.

The electrician Cum FGM detailed for any other work by concerned JE E/M or AGE E/M.

Note for Item No 1 above

The contractor shall employ FGM/Electrician shall be ITI pass or minimum matriculate with three years experence in the trade from recognized government institute.

Staff shall always remain on duty & shift staff will not change over duty unless proper handling taking over signed.

Installation and complex should be kept clean and tidy in presentable look, otherwise a recovery at the double rate of the quoted will be charged if the installation and complex are not kept cleaned at the time.

T & P such as torch light, spanners, screw drivers, cotton waste will be issued to the operator by the contractor without any extra cost.

Tradesmen will take preventive measure and will use protective clothing as per code of practice of IE rules and department will not be responsible for any type of on towards incidents.

Contractor shall ensure that no trademen shall work more than 48 hrs in a weak.

Contractor shall provide Life Insurance of min 1 Lakh to all the employed manpower & copy of Life insurance shall be deposited with department within one month of acceptance.

No one absent on duty, if any one found absent a recovery at the double rate of the quoted will be chargable.

The contractor also maintain Daily LOG sheet, Shut down record and attendence Register.

Contractor shall fully responsible for any untoward incidents due to negligence of staff.

(i) Contractor shall maintain the sub station clear and tidy manner and as well as cutting the grass, small plant, and other materials spread in and around the sub station as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Contractors quoted rates shall be deemed to inclusive of the said as aspect. If the plant not maintained properely as directed by the dept, necessary penal recovery shall be effected from the bill amount. (ii) Necessary documents like Attendance Register, Log Book Register, ITI Certificate for the tradesmen, proof of payment in the Bank, Group Insurance etc shall be produced to the kept at the time of claiming payment without fail. No payments shall be entertained by the dept in the absence of the said documents. (iii) The contractor will ensure in all respect above mentioned points and maintained properly. (iii) Contractor shall submit the confirmation/under taking that his labourers have been paid not less than the minimum fair wages after acceptance and before claiming the first payments.
