Comprehensive maintenance service of VRF AC Units of Cumulative Capacity 10 HP of Voltas made as per the scope of work mentioned below : i) 5 HP VRF Air-Conditioning Units (Model : VXV-H140/NR1) --- 2 nos. [ w.e.f NOV'2024 to OCT'2025]
Comprehensive maintenance service of Paharpur made Cooling Towers as per the scope of work mentioned below : i) 1900 USGPM Cooling Towers --- 2 nos. [ w.e.f NOV'2024 to OCT'2025]
Scope of work 1) Thorough checking and servicing the air-conditioning plant / unit quarterly. 2) Attending the plant when called upon by you. (as & when required) 3) Cleaning of air-filters once in every three month. 4) Cleaning the evaporator & condenser coils once or twice in a yr. as necessary. 5) Repairing / overhauling the components of the equipment at site / in authorised service station including replacement of worn out parts when found necessary. 6) Replenishing refrigerant required as a result of leak in system arising out of wear & tear. 7) Repair / replacement of microprocessor controls as per need of site. 8) Lubricating the bearings of motor & fans when found necessary. 9) Checking the refrigerant system and adjusting settings & controls as per requirement. 10) Replacement of compressor for failure due to normal wear & tear. 11) Checking motor and starters, checking the operation of controls, adjusting as per requirement. 12) Taking a set of working parameter readings of the units to understand the healthiness of the system and suggesting improvements if any. 13) All the electrical panels related to AC units including VFD & Cooling Towers are included in the scope of Voltas.
