Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. and precast concrete articles complete as directed.

Material and Labour for Precast cement concrete solid block masonry 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate exceeding 10cm in width and setting cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters with frames of size exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) and removing from site complete all as directed.

Supply & Fix powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frames for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebate including joining cleat for fixing etc complete including taking down old unserviceable items complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges(150mm size-3 nos), tower bolt 100mm 1Nos in each door, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Powder coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, tower bolt 100mm 02Nos in each shutter anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.) hinge type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix sheet glass, ordinary quality 4.8 mm thick and glazing with aluminium beading/ oil putty in square exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repairs pre laminated particle board, 9mm thick interior grade, pre laminated one sides with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to aluminium frame work complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs Aluminium door closer (Aluminium die cast body) hydraulically regulated designation no.3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width & of weight between 61 to 80 kg complete all as specified.

Supply & Fix aluminium mortise lock aluminium type of size 75mm 4 levers vertical type, complete all as specified

Supply & Fix Solid PVC Door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & Fix Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for tip rail & bottom rails; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement. supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tile over 15mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tile over 15mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for glazed coloured ceramic tiles of 350x250x7mm /450x350x7mm thick as in dado including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement with pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for chequered tiles 300X300X30/25mm pigment with mix of grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with mixture of grey cement and pigments in floors including 20mm screed bed of CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by engineer -in charge.

Material and Labour for 75 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring/platforms/hard standing complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for 25mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, sub-bases etc. surface finished even and fair complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6, on fair faces of brick work/ concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound (water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately) etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete as specified.

Dismantling water tanks exceeding 250 litres capacity & not exceeding 500 litres capacity and removing from site complete as specified

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground post embedded in concrete all as specified

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 Cum getting out in soft/loose soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for Cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and as directed

Cleaning of septic tank by removing manhole cover including removing of earth soil spread over the cover if any from the frame of septic tank and receiving chambers, removing of all night soil sediments and waste materials etc irrespective of its height cleaning off upto the bottom floor and dispose off the materials are to be taken from the respective vicinities on covered conveyance and disposed off out of different unit at Naval Base/Katari Bagh Complex or to a distance not exceeding 100 metres from septic tank to a pit suitably excavated to contain night soil and shall be covered with excavated to contain night soil and shall be covered with excavated earth on top and place back the manhole cover to its original position and removing all vegetable roots if any making good surround complete all as directed.

Ditto all as per Item No. 74, but manhole of size 60 x 60cm size and any depth.
