Annual Maintenance Contract on Call basis of Air Conditioners & Water coolers.
Inspection /repairing charge of AC and Water cooler of Different Make & Different capacity.(Labor charges only),all required Electrical and Mechanical spare parts will be provided by the Institute.
Leakage , Testing and Gas charging in AC’s including refrigerant for the following type AC’s.:-
a)1.5/2.0 TR Cap Window Type
b)1.5/2.0 TR Cap Window Type
c)3.0/3.5 TR Cap Split/Mega/Tower Cassette Type
Refrigerant gas top-up in split type room Air conditioner 1.5/2.0 TR capacity
Dismantling & fitting including repairing/rewinding of ac blower motor/motor of outer unit.(Scrap will remain with the firm)
Installation
a)Window Type Air conditioner
b)Split Type Air conditioner
Replacement of compressor with new one including leakage testing and Gas charging etc. of the following ac (Note:-Old defective compressor will be kept by the firm under buy back policy)
a) 1.5 TR Cap (window /Split ac)
b) 2.0 TR Cap (Window/Split ac)
c)3.0 TR Cap Split/Tower/Cassette Type)
d)40/80 Lt Cap (Water cooler)
a) Servicing of window Type Air-conditioner and Water Coolers with replacement of All Electrical and Mechanical spare parts etc as per site requirement.
b)Servicing of MEGA/Tower/Ceiling/Cassette Type Air conditioner of 3 TR Cap with replacement of All Electrical and Mechanical spare parts etc as per site requirement.(Note:- All Elect./Mech. Spare parts will be provided by the Institute.)
