Supply installation testing and commissioning of 32 Bit Microprocessor based Intelligent Addressable 2 Loop Maln Fire Alarm Panel expandable to 10 Loops having loop capacity of minimum 250 devices per loop with 4000 event plus 1000 alarm log history events, QWERTY keypad for programming with inbuilt panel display. The panel shall be networkable over copper wire for 900m with a network speed of minimum 312 kbps. The Intelligent panel shall be able to give pin point location of all fire/fault conditions. The panel shall be complete with Integrated 8 channel Digital Voice Evacuation System Controller capable of broadcasting Evacuation Messages on same peer-to-peer Network capable of supervising all the speaker circuits wlth adequate zone control and accessories. The Voice evacuation amplifier shall be of 70W and shall have automatic battery charger available with it. The fire alarm panel and all accessories shall be UL Usted and FM approved. The Fire alarm control panel shall be provided with 240 volts AC power supply, automatic battery charger, 24 volts sealed lead acid batteries sufficient for 24 hours normal working and then be capable of operating the system for 30 minutes during an emergency conditions as required.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Active Repeater Panel with inbuilt annuciation repeaters with 640Charator LCD Display 320 Alpha numeric Characters on LCD display/ or Touch Screen LCD. Networkable with all functionality of Main Panel having Reset / Alarm Silence and Acknowledgement Buttons . On the Active Repeater over Serial Interface or Network there shall be Annuciation Panels as well for all Control stations. Individual Active Repeater shall be able to take care of upto minimum 16 nos Annunciation LCD Indicator Panels .

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Addressable Multi-criteria Photo-Thermal Detector with sensitivity range of 0.5 to 2.S% obs/ft. The intelligent multi criteria detection device shall include the ability to combine the signal of the thermal sensor with the signal of the photoelectric signal in an effort to react hastily in the event of a fire situation. It shall also include the inherent ability to distinguish between a fire condition and a false alarm condition by examining the characteristics of the thermal and smoke sensing chambers and comparing them to a database of actual fire and deceptive phenomena. The detector shall adapt to its environment by utilizing a built-in microprocessor to determine its environment and choose the appropriate sensing settings for early detection and reduction in false alarm. The detector shall have twin bi- colour LED for 360 deg viewing. Addressing shall be with user friendly rotary decimal switches. The detector and base shall be UL Iisted and FM approved.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Addressable Isolator Module for Isolating short / dewired / loose circuits with automatic resetting arrangement. Isolator Base can also be proposed, however in that case needs to be considered with each detector & module. The device shall have an LED which shall blink in normal state & get steady on activation to monitor the health status of the device. The Isolator module shall not occupy any address on loop. Module shall be supplied with mounting plate from OEM for ease of installation & maintenance. The module shall be UL Iisted and FM approved.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Addressable Manual Call Point (Pull down / Break Glass Type). The device shall have an LED which shall blink in normal state & get steady on activation to monitor the heath status of the device. The module shall be UL Iisted and FM approved.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Addressable Sounder cum Strobe rated at 75 dBA @ 3m for Audible annunciation and 75cd flashing at 1 Hz for visual indication. The sounder shall be UL listed.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Alarm Sirens Electronic type horizontal single stage continuous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes with sound level 65 DB to 120 DB measured at 1.5 Mtr with sound output variation of +5 DB, range upto 1000m complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Addressable Control Module for Sounders / Strobes / Sounder cum Strobes. The control module shall provide DPDT contact rated at 24v DC, 2A. The device shall have an LED which shall blink in normal state & get steady on activation to monitor the heath status of the device. Addressing shall be with user friendly rotary decimal switches. Module shall be supplied with mounting plate from OEM for ease of installation & maintenance. The module shall be ULlsited and FM approved.
