Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of cubical type, compartmentalized, Wall mounted, indoor type, dust and vermin proof, powder painted, IP 42, Main L. T. Distribution Panel board suitable for 415 Volt, 3-Phase, 4-Wire, 50 Hz A.C. Supply system of size 900 mm X 600 mm X 400 mm (deep) made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet for body and connections, interconnections with adequate size copper wires / cables, Al bus bars, Al. links, connectors, hinged doors having locking arrangement etc. along with necessary nuts & bolts, clamps, grouting bolts including providing and fixing on wall complete as required and to accommodate following accessories (i)125 Amp rating 415 Volt 4-Pole 36 KA MCCB - 2 No. Ics = 100% Icu (Make:Havells / Legrand / L & T / ABB/ Schenider etc ) (ii)100 Amp rating 415 Volt 4-Pole 25 KA MCCB - 1 No. Ics = 100% Icu (Make:Havells / Legrand / L & T / ABB/ Schenider etc ) (iii) 63 Amp rating 250 Volt DP MCB, 10 kA - 4 Nos. (Make: Havells, Legrand, L&T, ABB, Schneider etc ) (iv) 200 Amp capacity 4-strip tinned Al. Bus Bar of suitable length - 1 Set v)Phase Indicating lamp -03 Nos (Red,Yellow & Blue) and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and Laying of one number XLPE insulated PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 3.5 x 35 sqmm size Aluminum armoured cable direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. Havells/Polycab/RR Kabel/Finolex/KEI

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with GI thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Supplying and making end termanation with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (a) 3½ X 35 sq. mm (32 mm)
