Outsourcing of Data Entry Operator for working days except Sunday and holiday complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Time schedule Monday,Tuesday,Thursday & Friday-0900hrs to 1700hrs. Wednesday& Saturday-0900hrs to 1400hrs. Note: (i) 06 Nos operators per day per shift . (ii) Operator qualification :Minimum 10+2 having computer typing speed minimium 15 words per min and sound working knowledge of MS Office. (iii) Certificate for typing & computer training of recognised school /Institute. (iv) Allocation of duties shall be finalized by Engr in Charge. (v) For measurement purpose per person per shift per day taken as one shift

Outsourcing of services for photocopier for working days except Sunday and holiday complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Time schedule Monday,Tuesday,Thursday & Friday-0900hrs to 1700hrs. Wednesday& Saturday-0900hrs to 1400hrs. Note: (i) 01 Nos Photocopier per day per shift . (ii) Minimum Qualification for Photocopier :10 pass and Min experience for Photocopier 1 year from reputed firm (iii) Allocation of duties shall be finalized by Engr in Charge. (iv) For measurement purpose per person per shift per day taken as one shift

Outsourcing for Chowkidar for guarding/watch and ward duties of the offices and stores as required for round the clock ,7 days a week 24 hrs in three shifts including Sunday and holiday (08 hrs each shift) all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note: (i) 03 Nos Chowkidar / Guard per day. (ii) First duty time- 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs (ii) Second duty time- 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs (iii) Thirdt duty time- 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs (iv)Allocation of duties shall be finalised by Engr in Charge . (v)Mininimum Qualification: 10th pass (vi) For measurement purpose per person per shift per day taken as one shift

Out sourcing for housekeeping and conservancy services for office building /complex ,toilet ,drain ,road and open space for 8 hrs duration (0730 hrs to 1600hrs) including 30 min lunch break for each working days except Sunday and holiday all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note: (i) 05 nos Sweepers (Safai wala) per day per shift. (ii) Adequate necessary tools required for cleaning shall be provided by the Contractor. (iii) Rate quoted are deemed to be inclusive of all sundry expendable items . (iv) For measurement purpose per person per shift per day taken as one shift

Outsourcing of Gardener/Mali for maintaining gardens , lawns , hedges etc of office complexes including cutting of tree branches , shrubs ,bushes etc all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge for working days except Sunday and holiday. Time schedule Monday,Tuesday,Thursday & Friday-0900hrs to 1700hrs. Wednesday& Saturday-0900hrs to 1400hrs. Note: (i) 02 Nos Mali per day per shift. (ii)Necessary cutting tools , lawn movers etc shall be provided by Contractor without any extra cost . (iii) Rate quoted are deemed to be inclusive of all sundry expendable items & tools . (iv) Mali have minimum 2 years experience in his professional work and able to operate grass cutting machine ,lawn movers,etc. (v) For measurement purpose per person per shift per day taken as one shift
