Rising Main (Stage-1st) Excavation in foundation trenches (for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, Jumper work, Saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiselling soft/hard rock where blasting work is prohibited in all leads and lifts including triming & dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade I/c shoring,strutting, planking timbering and dewatering wherever required stacking the usable & unusable material/ soil separately and after laying & jointing & testing of pipes, returning the usable soil in 15 cm layer's by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unusable material as directed with in all leads and lifts I/c restoration of unmetalled surface to its original condition and I/c cost of diversion for traffic, night singals,fixing caution boards,croosing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc.complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and welding M.S. flanges at 5% joint flanged, conforming to following tables as per IS 6392-1971 (Latest with up to date amendments) with plain end MSERW pipe by two layers on outer faces and one layers on inner face to make the joint leak proof (The cost of providing and laying of MSERW /GI pipes and butt welded joint to be measured and paid for separately). The welding of flanges should conform to IS: 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS 1364 including cost of gasket sheet nuts & bolts. The thickness of gasket sheet not less then 3.00mm conforming to IS 2712-1998. Complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge . Providing , laying, jointing & testing MSERW pipes ( Zinc coated) of HP Govt .approved make with 95 % circumfrencial butt welded joints & 5% intermediate flanged joints of total length by electrical arc welding (weld thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) confirming to BIS/ISO: 3183-2007 of steel grade L- 290 or X-42 (latest with upto date amendments) for the following pipe diametres having wall thickness & flange table as specified below & capable of withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 5.5 to 6.5 meters including cost of manufacturing / fabrication of reducers/ tapers , all short pieces, bends etc. made from parent tubes as per site requirements. The laying of pipe, where ever required, shall include flanged joints duly welded in three layers (two at outer & one at inner face) at suitable spacing as per the directions of the Enginer-in-charge ( Earth work in trenches and the cost of providing flanges i/c nuts & bolts & gasket will be measured and paid for seperately) and all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees i.e. lowering & laying in excavated Trenches to ensure required level i/c flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects shall be carried out to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe and the pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevant IS standards and the damaged portion of the pipes and specials ( if damaged during laying jointing operation of pipe) made form the parent tube , shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-1978. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing , DP test of butt welded joints complete in all respect and to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge . Foundation footing bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.Complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge

Columns,pillars,posts and struts upto floor two level.Complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15milimetres thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm So as give a fair finish including centring shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battans & ballies, height of propping & centring below supporting floor to celing not exceeding 4.00 metres & removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in :-

Vertical surface such as wall (any thickness) partitions walls & the like including the attached pillaster,s buttresses plinth string courses & the like as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge with in all lead & lifts.

Foundations,footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge with in all lead & lifts

Providing Laying Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding & placing in position complete upto floor two level complete in all respect as per the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
