Surface excavation not exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m. wide and n. exc. 1.5 m. in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pire holes, etc. n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m. in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 type (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of floors finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in floors finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete type 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete wall surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete wall surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall etc including racking out joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement on brick/concrete wall surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note cost of WPC is included in quoted rate against this item)

M&L preparing new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated / semi corrugated / trapezoidal profile sh steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed

M&L 300 mm wide Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in plain angular ridge fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.25mm thick steel rolling shutters, with out ball baring, as specified including top cover anchoring rod, hasp and staple, shaft, pipe, brackets, and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated complete with bevel gear box, connecting rod and crank handle complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular pole including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 all as specified and directed.

M&L for structural steel work as in roof truss (framed), trussed, purlins, rafter, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, Tee, Angle, Channel or flat sectios) including distance pieces, cleats etc.confirming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of existing membrane of roof treatment,water proofing treatment at parapet / vertical walls, cleaning the concrete / plastered surface, removing dirt and debris, making defective locations and removing loose concrete plastered surface by careful stripping untill hard surface is exposed, cutting the concrete / plastered surfaces to regular shape, wire brushing the exposed surface and removing debris outside ND(V) area complete all as specified & directed

Brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.0 Kg of cement per sqm all as specified and directed for bonding between old and new concrete.

M&L 25 mm thick (av Thickness) PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding over roof and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L water proofing treatment on cleaned RCC roof comprises with the following operation as specified here-in-below :- (a) 10 mm thick (av. mimimum thickness) plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement & finishing the plastered surfaces even and smooth over cleaned RCC roof. The plastered surface shall be cured properly for ten days by ponding of water over roof. (b) After drying the surface, apply bitumen primer of density at 25°C, 0.87 to 0.89 kg / Liter and viscosity 70-160 cps over the plastered surface @ 0.40 Ltr / Sqm. The manufacturer of primer shall be the same membrane manufacturer (c) Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non woven polyester matt make as approved over the primer coat. Membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc all as per Para 11.44.5 of SSR Part I. (d) Applying one coat of Aluminium paint @ 0.1 ltr per Sqm over APP based polymetric membrane complete all as per manufacturer's instruction.

M&L water proofing treatment on vertical surfaces like. parapet walls etc. comprises with the following operation as specified here-in-below :- (a) 15 mm thick (av. mimimum thickness) plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement & finishing the plastered surfaces even and smooth over cleaned surfaces. The plastered surface shall be cured properly for ten days . M&L for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & directed

Taking down rain water pipes (any size or pattern) including all fitings, heads, shoes, bends iron necks etc complete all as specified.

S&F 160 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single, socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed

S&F 160 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends (any radius) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position of 1000 Ltr capacity all as specified in SSR and as directed.including taking out old tank complete all as specified & directed

Taking down 20mm bore GI tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 20mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed including taking down old one.
