Excavating in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying water pipe and n exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying UG cable, pipe, pole, stay etc all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soil obtained from excavation all as directed

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance n exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level 1.5m above starting point all as specified and directed.

Taking down rusted GI/UPVC water tubing 20mm bore and connections from the walls/trenches/roof and making good the disturbed surface all as directed.

Supply and fixing of Cast iron pipes with spigot and socket ends , centrifugally cast, class A, in any length laid in trenches and connection with jointing materials such as gasket, bolts and nuts etc all as directed for 80mm bore.

Laying, jointing and testing of old serviciable CI pipe 80mm bore obtained from item No 35 here in before including removal of scaling, cleaning of pipe and CI fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, reducers, short pieces, connectors, etc jointing with run lead joints laid in trenches all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 39 here in before but 100mm bore all as specified and directed.

M & L for run lead joint with necessary lead and spun yarn for joints for spigot and socket CI pipe of sizes 80mm bore all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 41 here in before but 100mm bore all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour CI specials such as bends ( any type, radius and angle), tapers any type,( straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.), tee pieces single branch, ”Y” junction, double branch, cross( all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs etc for upto 150mm bore dia CI pipes all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of UPVC gate valve/Ball calve, pressure rating 10Kgf/cm2, with handle of 20mm bore complete all as specified and directed :

Supply only UPVC Union, plane type of 20mm bore.

Supply only UPVC Union, plane type of 25mm bore.

Supply only UPVC Solvent cement for Minor complaint for Ball valve and union all as directed.

Checking of pipe line any type and any dia in trench / wall to find out defect / taking out unservieceble parts such as Union/ball valve/ small length of pipe and repairing by replacing the defective parts including minor repairs to pipes connection / loose connection /necessary cleaning the pipe lines where provided and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Note : (i) Spares of light fittings shall be measured & paid separately. (ii) The rate included the cost of T&P if necessary.

Supply and fixing in replacement of strap for vertical pipe as supporting with pillars of approx size 50cm x 35cm and fastening the pipes with straps of GI flat iron of size 30 mm x 3mm (Fe-410- W(Gde- E- 250) quality- B) (0.707 Kg/cm2 per meter). The strap shall be made suitable for fastened the pipes of 80 mm/100 mm/150 mm dia with pillars as above and end of the strap shall be tighten with suitable size of nuts, bolts and washers complete including necessary drilling and bending worksall as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.
