Supply of Thematic Natural Flower Display Boards at Pragati Maidan, Bhairon Marg and other VIP routes for Indo-African Summit (IAFS-IV) 2026 and IBCA Summit under Central Zone, MCD

Providing, designing, fabrication & complete installation of thematic Natural Flower Display Boards of size approx. 12’ x 8’ (or as per site requirement), made out of 12–18 mm thick waterproof ply duly supported on robust MS frame structure with proper welding, bracing & backing support. The work includes complete floral decoration with fresh premium quality seasonal flowers such as marigold, chrysanthemum, tuberose and other suitable flowers along with green foliage, fixed on floral foam/net base to achieve dense, uniform and aesthetic finish. The design shall be theme-based for Indo-African Summit & IBCA Summit, incorporating tricolour concept, Ashoka Chakra, India-Africa motifs, summit branding, artistic patterns etc. The scope further includes providing and fixing lettering/text matter (WELCOME message, Summit name, MCD/Department name etc.) in Hindi/English using floral/foam/acrylic letters, fixing of official logos/emblems (Summit/MCD/National symbol) either in floral form or printed waterproof media with floral highlighting, side panel decorations with vertical marigold strings, floral hangings, bottom garlands (latkan style), and provision of base elements like planters/pots if required, complete in all respects as per direction of Officer-in-Charge and suitable for high-visibility VIP locations.

Transportation, installation, maintenance during event period & dismantling including carriage of all materials, loading/unloading, on-site erection, proper alignment & leveling, anchoring with iron pegs/sandbags/concrete weights for safety & stability under outdoor conditions, daily watering/sprinkling to maintain freshness of flowers, replacement of damaged/wilted flowers, round-the-clock upkeep during summit period, and dismantling after completion of event including removal of debris and site clearance, complete in all respects as per direction of Officer-in-Charge.
