Comprehensive maintenance of Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) based HT Electrical supply system, including servicing of all the Programmable Logic Control based Control Panels, checking the circuits, / SCADA system. Servicing and repairing by employing trained and qualified technician to maintain & operate the SCADA system round the clock, who should having the trained certificate including Sundays and holidays complete all as specified. Notes:- (a) The quoted rate shall also include the necessary updating of software & GIS Maps for any future expansion (GIS Survey not includes in rate).The quoted rate deem to include the charges for communication for all the SIM cards used in PLC based control panel in complete Power houses. (b) The quoted rate deems to include the charges for the existing Broad band connection with static IP at the Main Power house. (c) The quoted rate deems to include the minor repair work/ defect rectification of control panel, SCADA system in main power house Kataribagh. (d) Any changes to the Programmable Logic Controller(PLC),Human machine Interface(HMI) etc. (limited to the scope of work covered under this AMC) shall be carried out by authorized representative of the Manufacturer or through authorised service provider of the OEM or any other agency dealing with the installation and maintenance of SCADA system having vast experience in the relevant field capable to maintain & operate the SCADA system and PLC based Panels.

Comprehensive maintenance for SCADA server including necessary updating, LCD monitors, printer, paper and ink and its necessary spare parts, antivirus etc upkeep the service for the mentioned period complete all as directed.
