M&L for PCC type C-1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain beads including all necessary form work including demolition complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Factory made Precast plain / perforated RCC Drain/ manhole cover of size 900x 450 x 50 mm of M-30 grade of concrete reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar of Fe- 500 grade at 150 mm c/c spacing both way with strong vibrating compaction by vibratory table including providing MS hook duly black painted complete all as specified and directed.

Colour as approved by GE.

S&F Pre-painted colour galvalume aluminium Zinc coating AZ 150 GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall etc fixed in repairs including dismantling of complete all as directed.

S&F Mild steel framed work such as grills, grating, gates etc with end of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railing and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exe 15cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (using 40 mm graded crushed stone agg) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete and sub base of floor including demolition of existing old concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 300x300x25mm heavy duty Chequered cement concrete tile with rubberised mould and of any pattern decided by Engr-in-charge as in floors/pavings laid over 20 mm thick screed bed 1:6 laid and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile complete including dismantling of existing tiles with screed bed of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rubberised precast prepolished coloured concrete Interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade complete with & including 25mm thick sand cushioning layer including dismantling of existing damaged flooring etc complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for heavy duty precast prepolished coloured cement concrete cobble stones paver block of size 100x100mm and 80 mm thickness of M-35 grade of fiber reinforced concrete (FRC) with approved colour, design and pattern, thickness & size / shape made by table vibratory method using rubber mould with strong vibratory compaction laid over 100mm thick PCC (1;4;8 type D-2), using 40 mm graded stone agg and 20 mm thick 1:4 Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar including dismantling of existing damaged flooring etc complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 {using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate} as in coping/ benching including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc including necessary form work incl demolition of existing cement concrete of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling post or post struts (wood steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground in natural ground.

Excavation in post holes (similar holes) each nexc 0.5cum getting out and removing surplus soil to distance nexc 50m in hard/dense soil.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 20 mm graded aggregade) in foundation for post holes.

S & F mild steel joist, angle channel or tee section and fix independently in concrete as fencing post and similar works congorming to Fe 290 Gde E- 165

S & F mild steel screw bolts purpose made with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as directed.

S&F in repair PVC coated MS galvanised chain link fencing of weight not less than 4.0 kg/sqm, PVC coating of 1.5mm and mesh size of 50 x 50mm of any type of standard rail straining bolts etc aperture and dia as decided by Engineer-in-charge.

MS round bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking bending spirally for hoping for colm and backing ends and binding with & include MS wire (a headed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to Fe-410W.
