Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.0 m wide and 1.0 m depth and getting it out in hard/dense soil for laying of U/G cable. Note: Complete all as specified & directed. Note: Digging by JCBs are not allowed.

Supplying & laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HVP type 2 peak size 450mmx180mmx40mm with identification of cable cover with material & labour.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm.

GI pipe medium grade 100mm dia with all fittings and fixed completely to poles & laid in trenches with material & labour.

Demolition & dismantling Cement concrete in ground floors & pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick below or above ground level.

M&L PCC Type B2, mixed by volume 1:2:4 with 40 mm normal size graded coarse aggregate.

Supply & fixing Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed ) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured alluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 Sq.mm material & labour. Make: M seal/Raychem/Cabseal or equivalent.

S & F Lighting arrester expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amps, 11000 volts including material & labour.

Supply & install Switch Air Break Gang Operated Triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level HT 11 KV, suitable for vertical mounting of rating 400 Amps with material & labour. Make: Pactil/Elpro / Lamco/BHEL/Atlas or equivalent.

Supply & fixing DO fuse unit expulsion type single pole mounted on insulator and steel frame 6600V, current rating above 50 and up to 100 Amps including material & labour. Make: Pactil/Elpro/ABB/CG/Areva/Atlas or equivalent..

Danger Notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters,figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S.clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25x20 cm size as per IS 2551 with material & labour.

Supply & fixing cross arm of MS channel bracings,supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts & bolts, washers,welding,bending, cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed & inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat & one finishing coat of paint with material & labour. Note:- Required for fixing of AB switch, L.A., clamping of GI pipe on pole etc.

S & L of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 Volt grade size 185 Sq.mm 3 core including termination of both the ends with proper lugs. Make of cable: Unistar/Finolax/Havells/Sterlite/KEI/V-gaurd/Polycab/Unistar or equivalent. Note:- cable should be joint free.

Dismatling cross arm of MS channels or angle section etc complete and setting aside for reuse.

Dismantling insulator any type any size.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors

Earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick burried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25m below ground level) including excavation of soil, with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level and duly filled with alternate layer of char coal & salt from 150mm below the plate to 150mm above the plate (total 900mm thick) connected to GI earth strip size 25x4mm in GI protection pipe of size 40mm dia upto 7.5m long by means of nuts, bolts, washers, check nuts of GI steel, fitted with funnel complete all as per procedure and as shown in SSR electrical plate No. 3. Connected to earth test point/earth bus (to be provided near incoming mains) all as specified and testing including RCC earth pit chamber duly cement plaster finished and RCC pit cover 1mX1mX150mm, PCC hard standing surrounding the earth pit chamber, location of the earth pit marked on the nearest wall to be written with paint (for distance & value of earth pit) with material and labour. Earth pit chamber will be made 0.5m above the ground level.

S& F of Steel tubular swaged Pole type 410 SP-55 ( 12.0 metres long ) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws including excavation, foundation and coping, arrangement for staying the poles in truly verticle position, with material & labour. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Cable route marker of Cast Iron Oval shape plate embosing as 11000 volt, U/G HT cable & size, fixed with nuts & bolts on MS angle iron size 25x25x5 mm, length 0.6 m, burried in the ground with cement concrete (0.3x0.3x0.3) m with material & labour

Boring holes/ auguring not exceeding 150mm dia 1m deep for passing HT/LT under ground cable across the road/gantry. complete all as specified & directed.
