Supply of C.I. Isolating Transformer housing box,water tight round type,metal container of outside size 330mm height 450mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole centre at one side surface centre 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive one No. / two of 50mm dia "B" class GI pipe and including check nuts as required and another hole at 175mm from the bottom of the CI Box to receive one no. 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and check nut as required.The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos. M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts as required as per the drawings.

Supply 2X2.5sq.mm 2 pin secondary plug assembly of 2.5mtrs length suitable for runway /taxiway/ approach light fittings.

Supply of following height of approach frangible pole including foundation template, 4sets of bolt nuts, with color finish of Aviation yellow with UV-protection and suitable adaptor to install approach light fittings, as per specifications of ICAO. i) 1.5 mtr

Fabrication and Supply of GI pole of 65 mm dia class B , up to max length of 4.5 mtrs in which one side making wrinkle free bend up to a length of 1mtr with an angle not morethan 20 degree and suitable reducer to fix the LED fixture other end welded with 12mm thick MS/GI base plate (300X300X12mm) with 4no holes and frontside U shape cutting for accommodating the 50mm dia GI pipe along with pole including two coats of aluminium painting and pole number etc as required. Note: The height of pole is presently tentative. Incase of reduced height, the payment will be made proportionately according to the clearance of the NOC.

Providing & fixing of SMC box of size 250mmX200mm X105mm deep on the existing tubular pole with suitable MS clamp including providing & fixing 1no. 6A SP MCB B series and 1no. 63A 4Way connector, connections etc. complete as required. (Model: GSJB-2520)

Providing and laying of 15 mm dia 'B' class GI pipe including groove cutting, threading and alignment of pipe with transformer housing box, inset fittings, providing check nuts and couplings etc as required on the runway and disposal of excavated materials within a lead of 50 meter.

Provision of Microconcrete plaster on existing groove cut portion above the GI pipe/damaged portion in the tarmac runway and finishing as per directions of E-I-C.

Installation, testing and commisiong of Elevated type approach light fittings/Taxiway fittings/Runway fittings on the existing transformer housing boxes/frangible poles including installation of transformer, lens, lamps gasket,nut bolts, lens holding clamp and other accessories i/c alignment,connection, earth connection etc. as complete as required.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of inset type runway end/approach/ runway edge light fitting in the runway with core cutting, aligning with existing 15mm dia GI pipe, connections, inter connection and setting i/c providing sealing material and other accessories etc.,as required for commissioning.

Making field connections by crimping of 6/16 sq.mm plug & receptable with suitable existing size single core PVC cu. Conductor cable of 5 KV grade Airfield cable including filling the gap with water sealent material applying PVC insulation tape etc. complete as reqd.

Installation, Testing, Commissioning of 7.5kW /4kW CCR including supply and laying of control cable, connection, making foundation, 2 nos. GI strip earthing etc. as required.

Installation of round type transformer housing box with base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick all around concrete of 1:2:4, 150 mm thick top slopped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 10" long 1/2" dia B class GI pipe with check nuts for drainage of water including excavation and refilling, aligning the boxes in straight line etc complete as required.

Supply and laying of 2CX2.5sq.mm size FR PVC round sheathed, copper conductor(flexible) industrical cable in the existing RCC/HUME/STONE WARE/METAL/DWC-HDPE pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 5 KV/1.1KV grade of upto 35 sq.mm in the existing RCC/HUME/STONE WARE/METAL/DWC-HDPE pipe as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5kV/1.1 kV grade of Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) on cable tray as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV/5 KVgrade of upto 35 sqmm size in the existing masonry open duct as required

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4.0 X 16Sqmm (28mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (Make: As per AAI list of approved makes)

Erection of 3.5 to 5 mtr metalic tubular pole with, construction of RCC foundation suitable for installation of pole with 1:2:4 cement concrete to the required depth as per sepcial conditions (1cement: : 2coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and necessary base concrete of 1:3:6 for 100mm thickness below the pole foundation (1cement: 3 fine sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) suitable finishing on surface above the ground level with grounting 4 Nos GI 700mm length botnuts and washers for installtion of tubular pole etc., complete as required.(including reinforcement for RCC work, straightening, placing in position and binding etc., as required)

Providing & fixing of 50 mm dia class "B" GI pipe of 1.50 Mtr length including cutting , making bending to recieve cables and threading as required, providing with one no of rubbber bush with holes suitable to receive 2no of 4 x 16 Sqmm and 2 nos of 6 SWG GI wire etc complete as required.

Installation testing commissioning of LED luminaires fitting on the existing pole including providing and laying of 3C X 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated , FR PVC round sheathed, copper conductor cable of minimum 4 mtr length from cable looping box(SMC) to fitting including fixing of SMC juction box on the pole etc., as required. including all necessary accessories / clamp / washers on Truss / Recess / Surface / wall braket /Wall mounted/street light of height up to 5 mtrs etc., as required.

Making Horizontal boring by using suitable mechanical arrangement, Sensor operated, Min. 2.5Mtr Depth, horizontal bore well suitable for inserting 01 no 40mm Dia. HDPE Pipes. job including inserting of HDPE Pipes in bore well hole etc., complete is required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.l. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ sub main wiring/ cable as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meter in width, and lift upto 1.5 meter, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meter.

Taking GPS based co-ordinates by using total station and identifying the locations of light fixtures, route of cable etc based on GPS co-ordinates and marking, submission of reports / drawings etc. as required and as per directions of the Engineer In charge.
