a) Removing old U/S 6 Liver Lock and S & F new 6 Liver Lock with Duplicate Key as shown in drg.

b) Removing old U/S handle and S & F new handle 150mm long as shown in drg.

c) Removing old U/S hings and S & F new hings as shown in drg.

d) Removing old U/S Leg and S & F new Leg of Almirah Large Steel as shown in drg.

e) Removing of U/S shelve and supply and fix new shelve all as shown in drg.

f) Removing old U/S Locking assembly with iron plate & 02 rods 10mm & lock cover & S/F new locking assembly set as per drg.

g) Refixing loose shelves with spot welding of broken joints not exceeding 25mm in length.

h)Removing unserviceable existing door shutter of almirah large steel and S&F new shutter made out of PGI sheet 1mm thick complete as shown in drg.

Almirah Small Steel & Almirah Med Steel FD-1032

a) Removing old U/S 6 Liver Lock with S & F new 6 Liver Lock with Duplicate Key as shown in drg.

g) Removing of U/S shelve and S&F new shelve made out of 1 mm thick PGI sheet as per existing of size 650 mm of almirah medium with shelves complete all as per drg.

h)Removing unserviceable existing door shutter of almirah med steel and S&F new shutter made out of 1 mm thick PGI sheet complete all as per drg.

Chairs Verandah FD-359

a) Removing of U/S canning of seat of chair verandha and recanning of seat of chair verandha with new nylon cane as per drg.

b) Removing of U/S canning of back of chair verandha and recanning of back of chair verandha with new nylon cane as per drg.

c) Removing of unserviceable Rubber shoe Chair verandah S&F with new Rubber shoes as per existing size on drg and directed.

Chairs Verandah PVC FD-359

a) Removing of U/S PVC seat of chair verandha and S&F PVC seat of chair verandha as per drg including Fixing one stiffner as per size of seat groove at the middle of the seat parallel to side rods to support PVC seat .

b) Removing of U/S PVC back of chair verandha and S&f new PVC moulded back of chair verandhaas per drg.

c) Removing of unserviceable Rubber shoe Chair verandah S&F with new Rubber shoes as per existing size on drg and directed.

Chair CB Steel With Arms FD-75(M)

a) Removing old U/S Seat of Chair CB Steel with Arms & Supply and Fix new seat frame including cane work as per drg.

b) Removing old U/S Back of Chair CB Steel with Arms & Supply and Fix new back frame including cane workas per drg.

c) Removing of damage MS flat cleat 25x3 mm for Chair CB Steel with Arms and S & F new MS flat cleat 25x3mm duly welded and painted with black paint as per drg.

d) Removing old U/S old Handle of Chair CB Steel with S&F new handle as per drg.

e) Removing old U/S Cap with S & F new cap as per drg.

f) Removing old U/S shoes with S & F new shoes as per drg.

Charpoy GI hard top comprising of the following items:- FD-220

Removing of old unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy G.I. 32mm and tightening the frame and making it suitable for fixing plywood top and providng 12mm thick (7 Nos of ply) commercial plywood ISI marked BWR type by providing 2 number stiffeners made out of MS flat 40 x 5 mm thick 900mm long with 6mm dia 65mm long nut and bolt with washer (Total 08 Nos) to be provided at the drilling 02 Nos holes on each stiffeners with long rail/short rail and plywood. Two coats of synthatic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer after black paint of stiffeners and fixing of hard rubber shoes to the bottom of legs complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in- Charge.

Taking out existing unserviceable GI pipe three way elbow from GI pipe charpoy & Supplying and fixing new GI elbow, 32 mm bore, three way, medium grade, approved quality complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking out existing unserviceable GI check nut from GI charpoy & Supplying and fixing new 32 mm GI check nut complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable GI pipe long rail of 32 mm bore from GI pipe charpoy & Supplying and fixing new long rail of 32 mm bore GI pipe, medium grade, of length as per existing long rail with proper threading complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge. Note : GI Pipe 32 mm bore will be issued under Sch B free for fixing'.

Taking down the existing short rails and making new short rail by cutting the existing GI pipe long rails 32 mm bore obtained from Item No. 6.04 threading suitably and fixing with existing old elbow complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Making the existing unserviceable GI pipe short rail 32 mm bore of charpoy obtained from Item No.6.05 above and converting into legs by cutting, threading suitably and fixing with existing elbow including providing 3 mm thick MS base plate equal to outer dia of the pipe, welded at the bottom of the leg all as shown in drawing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

c) Removing U/S Key Board Tray including telescopic channel and S&F new Key Board tray with telescopic channels as per drg.

d) Removing U/S drawer including telescopic channel and S&F new drawer with telescopic channels as per drg.

e) Removing U/S pull out tray including telescopic channel and S&F new pull out tray with telescopic channels as per drg.

f) Removing U/S shelf size 450x230mm including vertical partition support and S&F new shelf size 450x230mm ncluding vertical partition support as per drg.

g) M&L applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint black colour including preparation of all steel surfaces complete all as specified and shown on drg.

Table dining steel 900x900 mm FD-1009

a) Removing unserviceable table top & Supplying and fixing new table top, 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board, one side decorative lamination and other side balancing white lamination, Medium density, exterior grade with 4 mm thick Teak wood beading duly French polished complete all as specified.

b) Provision of 300 mm long MS clamps made of 3 mm thick MS flat by welding including bending complete all as specified.

c) Taking down and S&F new rubber shoes to the legs of the table complete all as specified.

d) Rejoining the joints of MS square tube with spot weilding of broken joints not exceeding 25mm in length as and where required as per drg.

Chair Computer Revolving with Arms Fd/E6/MAP/01

a) Removing U/S star Base with caster wheels and S&F New star base including caster wheels as per drg.

b) Removing U/S castor wheel and S&F New castor wheel as per drg.

c) Removing U/S hydrolic gas pump and S&F new hydrolic gas pump as per drg.

d) Removing U/S handle and S&F new handle as per drg.

e) Removing old U/S upholstry of seat with cushion foam and S & F new good quality of upholstry of seat with cushion foam of32density matching with existing as shown in drg.

f) Removing old U/S upholstry of Back with cushion foam and S & F new good quality of upholstry of Back with cushion foam of 32 densitybmatching with existing as shown in drg.

g) Removing of existing unserviceable tepastry of seat and S&F with new tepastry as shown in drg.

h) Removing of existing unserviceable tepastry of back and S&F with new tepastry as shown in drg. Note :Tepstry cloth shall not be less then Rs 200/ Mtr.

a) Removing of existing unserviceable top and S&F with new top of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board (Both side laminated), exterior grade as shown in drg.

b) Removing of existing unserviceable sides and S&F with new sides of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board (Both side laminated), exterior grade as shown in drg.

c) Removing of existing unserviceable back plywood and S&F with new back plywood 6mm as shown in drg.

d) Removing of existing unserviceable upper drawer and S&F with new upper drawer as shown in drg.

e) Removing of existing unserviceable lower drawer and S&F with new lower drawer as shown in drg.

f) Removing of existing unserviceable handle and S&F with new hadne as shown in drg.

g) Rejoining the joints of MS tube with spot weilding of broken joints not exceeding 25mm in length as and where required as per drg.

h) Removing of existing unserviceable rubber shoe and S&F with new rubber shoe as shown in drg.

j) M&L applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint black colour including preparation of all steel surfaces complete all as specified and shown on drg.

Preparing of old painted surfaces and touching with red oxide primer where necessary preparing surfaces, covering non steel surface to avoid paint marks and painting one coat of synthetic enamal paint by spray painting machine on old painted surface following steel furniture including :
