Bailing out or Pumping out water During Excavation I Foundation (Qty.of water Closing in Foundation) Pumping Operation:- 200 Cuses. Pumps are to be Applied (One act as Standby) (14 Cum of Saturated soil) complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs. and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concretre and plain concrete work in all leads and lifts in: Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement :4 sand: 8 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement :one and half sand : three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in all leads and lifts in: Foundation ,footings bases of columns and the like mass concrete including all leads and lifts

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.1 mtrs. thickness attached pillasters , plinths and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level including all leads and lifts .

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly under floors complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Steel work in single sections including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in R.S. joists, channels, angles, tees complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Providing , laying fixing ,jointing and testing in trenches MS pipe of following dia meterw confirming to ISO 3183-2007 steel grade and having wall thicknesss as specified below the plain end and capable of with standing required test pressure in a random length of 4 to 7 meters, including special short pieces, beds reducers, tees etc. made from parent tubes . Providing and welding of MS Flanges detailed as below. The MS flanges shall confirm to BIS 6392-1971 (with latest up to datte amendments) duly welded in two layers (two inner and two outer) with pipes at both ends as per relevant BIS standards along with nuts and bolts of required sizes, 3mm thick compressed asbestos fiber/synnthetic rubber gaskets confiming to relevant BIS standards The laying of pipe will include all operation suc as cutting welding, jointing, providing and fixing of MS flanges, fabriction of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying excavated trences ton ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (Zinc coating both inside and out side) as per relevant IS standards and the damaged portion of the pipes and specials made from the parent tube shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of abticorrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specification C-203-1978. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814: 2004 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separately). 300mm dia wall thickness 5.60mm

Providing, supplying and fixing cast Iron double flanged sluice valve as per IS:14846/2000 latest with upto date ammendments of Kirloskar / Leader / KSB / Pelican or any other make approved by HP JSV of following diameter, PN-1 including MS Flanges Table - 17, confirming to IS: 6392-1971 or latest with upto date ammendments including cutting of pipes wherever required, welding in three layers (leak proof) confirming to specifications as perescribed in relevant IS code i.e. IS: 816-1969 or latest as applicable with upto date ammendments with nuts, bolts, washers & specials etc. confirming to relevant IS code or latest with upto date ammendments including packing sheet i.e. asbestos fibre sheet minimum 3mm thick and painting with anticorrosive paints complete in all respect including all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. 300 mm dia
