Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.(SI NO. DSR 15.56)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 15.7.4 In cement mortar (SI NO. DSR 15.7.4)

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead. (SI NO. DSR 15.18)

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. 15.23.2 For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and up to 40 mm .(SI NO. DSR 15.23.2)

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)(SI NO. DSR 4.1.8)

Brick work with common burnt clay selected F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in exposed brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10 mm wide 12 mm deep complete in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 6.26.1 From ground level upto plinth level. (SI NO. DSR 6.26.1)

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) 9.1.1 Second class teak wood. (SI NO. DSR 9.1.1)

12 mm thick plaster with plaster over b/w minimum thickness not to be 10mm to 12 mm thick in 1:4 cement and fine sand 1.25 FM. mortar including supply of all aterials,labour and T&P etc. required for the proper completion of the work. 13.4.1 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (SI NO. DSR 13.4.1)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources. (SI NO. DSR 4.1.3)
