Material and labour for repairs to pot holes of any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust, and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and rolled and compacted to required gredient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing blace top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of grade 80/100 (VG-10) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% (paving bitumen VG-30 Grade) binder content by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, spread by using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete to a uniform surface all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content (paving bitumen) laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness not exceeding 50 mm) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for marking strips, straight lines, zebra crossing and straight lines not less than 2 mm thick with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved brand (White or yellow) by using automatic mechanical road painting machine with 8% glass beads (intermixed) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair for ABS road colour cat eyes dual direction (both sides) retro reflective of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 18.5 mm with PVC body with reflective panels Amber/ Red/ White (Model: DA 978) and Make: Dark Eye, 3M or Equivalent. Complete all as approved, as specified and as directed. Note:- Fixing arrangements and techniques should be all as per manufacturer's instructions.

Supply and fixing in repairs delineators with ABS round body fitted with 02 Numbers 100 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 50mm dia mild steel pipe and 900 mm high duly powder coated, antirust and anti theft steel net complete including necessary concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) excavation and formwork etc for embedding delineators complete all as specified and as directed. (Red, white, yellow, white combination). Colour to be decided by Engineer-in-Charge. (Model Number DA 952 GP) of make : Dark Eye, 3M or equivalent. Material and labour for preparing existing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. scarifying or picking up gravelled macadam/ bituminious macadam in area exceeding 400 sqm and not exceeding 50 mm deep, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer at 80/ 100 (VG-10 Grade) at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm for below BM surfaces. Complete all as specified and as directed.
