Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide & n exc 1.5 m wide and getting out soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete( reinforced( reinforcement cut as required to faciliate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete type A1 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded aggregate) in foundation, footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, base of columns complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete type A1 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded aggregate) in slab supported on walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to flat sides with fair finish surface of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floors slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick in sloping complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No. 10.00 but 5mm dia and over upto 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulders Hardcore of gauge exc 63 mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Plain Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50mm thick Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 80 mm thick M-40 Grade Machine pressed precast concrete paver block of any colour any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, bed block benching, kerbs, mud stop, rounded or chamferred on edges including necessary form work/moulds complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete solid building blocks type B1 1:2:4( 20 mm graded aggregate) or slabs 10 cm thick setting in cement mortar 1:4 as in curb stone complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete louvres and jallies type B0 1:2:4 ( using 12.5 graded aggregate), 25 mm thick ( measured solid ), including all mouldings but excluding frame, setting in cement mortar 1:4 as in curb stone complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Porbandar stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth wiithout using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior emulsion paint over a coat of acrylic primer all as per the manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L 15mm thick vitrified tile (of any type) work for wall lining including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) to match the shade of tile complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Aluminum Composite panels in all colours of approved brand for external / internal wall cladding at all heights and elevations including necessary aluminium composite panel consist of 3mm thermoplastic core of anti oxidant LDPE sandwitched between two skin of 0.5 mm thick alloy sheet making a total sheet thickness of 4 mm. The surface shall be finished with PDVF base coating on the top side and service coating on the reverse side shall be with a polymer paint. The system to be fixed to the brick/stone/masonry/RCC walls/framed structure with necessary clamps, bracket and anchor fasteners fixed over and including base frame fabricated with aluminium square pipe of size 25mmx25mm with 1mm thickness in 600mmx600mm size grid including stainless steel screws, nut, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealent for groove filling, backer rods etc, complete all as per Manufacturer instruction and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. All Clamps and brackets shall be hot dip galvanised minimum 80 micron thick and confirmed to IS : 4759 - 1996. The extruded aluminium sections shall be anodised in approved colour with anodic coating minimum 20 microns. (items include cost of aluminium frame, ACP , Cramps, weather sealent, gasket, foam, fixtures, scaffolding, all machineries and any other fastening streps, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers, etc complete). The manufacturer shall also give guarantee/warranty for ACP for a period of Five years. Notes: a) The Contractor should have working experience of similar nature of work for last three years. b) The ACP should have installed by authorized company/agent. S & F of Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Hindi, Italic or Indian) exc 30 cm but not exc 50 cm high with stainless steel incl chiselling for letters on granite surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & Fixing of Aluminium anodised with brass chromium plated figures or crest 'Coast Guard ' of size 90 cm long and 75 cm width incl chiselling or making holes on mild steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150 mm borePVC (SWR) pipe grade ‘A’ single socketed in any length, jointing with cement solvent solution, laid in trench complete all as specified

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated rocks exc. 1.5 Km but n.exc 5 Km and depositing where directed at level n exc. 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of building materials etc,including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination of distance exc. 1.5 Km but n.exc 5 Km all as specified.
