Supply of Labour Sweeping , cleaning of all floors, open space, common space and compound and disinfecting of all the toilets and W.C. of Purta Bhavan and 5 (five) nos. residential duplex of M.I.C. Quarter with all necessary cleaning materials and equipments such as detergent powder, Bleaching powder, Muratic Acid/Harpic etc. and mopper, wipper etc. disposal of refuses to the outside of the compound as per following Process: A) Daily (including Saturdays but excluding Sundays) sweeping, cleaning and disinfecting of toilets blocks at each floor and dusting to sanitary items of floor areas etc. of Purta Bhavan. a) Toilet Block Ground floor to 3rd floor containing 32 nos. basins, 11nos. sinks, 28 nos. water closets, 8nos. squatting plates and 28nos. low down cistern. b) Sweeping, cleaning, all floors excluding toilet blocks but including stair-case, head room, other areas and basement floor. c) Dusting of all office furnitures at different offices ( Ground Floor to 3rd Floor ) d) Removal of waste materials from basement floor i.e. from garage, canteen and toilet zone in all respect. B) Weekly disinfecting, washing with soap/detergent water of Purta Bhavan a) Staircase, basement to 3rd floor, Head Room. b) In all floor areas from basement to 3rd floor. c) Cleaning mirror and shelves at each toilet block with washing powder. d) Compound area sweeping. e) Disenfecting compound , drainside, pits, and yard gully with bleaching powder. f) Weekly cleaning of attach toilets of the all offices at the Purta Bhavan Building. C) Monthly Works of Purta Bhavan. a) Acid cleaning of porcelain sanitary ware in all toilet blocks and other with mureatic acid/harpic. b) Removing, cleaning of all soots including greasy soots from ceiling and partition doors, windows, fan lights from basement floor to top floor. D) 5 (five) nos. residential duplex of M.I.C. Quarter of all floor (ground floor, 1st floor. roof level), bed rooms, office rooms, dinning rooms, kitchens, balconies, Verandahs, toilets and Stairs along with hand rails and cleaning & washing of all wall & floor tiles, marble flooring, drainage channels of toilets, ceramic items (i.e. wash basin, commod etc.) sink, different chromium plated items (i.e. bib cock, stop cock, pillar cock, shower etc.). Every corner of the M.I.C. quarters cleaning carpet including disposal of waste materials and mesh with the help of hand cart from compound to Municipal VAT outside the compound with all labours and material complete for all days including Saturdays, Sunday & Holidays. Work should be completed in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. Unskilled labour Working Days including Saturdays= 283 days @ 17 nos. man / day = 4811 man days. Semi-skilled labour Working Days including Saturdays= 283 days @ 1 nos. man / day = 283 man days.

Unskilled worker [FREEZED ITEM] 4811 Man Day @ Rs.584.00 = Rs. 28,09,624.00 (Bidders are requested not to quote any rate of this item) [Rate is achieved from fixed minimum rates of Wages in the employment of Sweeping & Cleaning Services from 01-07-2025 to 31-12-2025 as per Circular no. 21/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC dated 17-06-2025 of the Addl. Labour Commissioner, W.B.] Rate is inclusive of minimum wages, bonus, EPF, ESI & GST as per existing rule.

Semi-skilled worker [FREEZED ITEM] 283 Man Day @ Rs.642.41 = Rs. 1,81,802.00 (Bidders are requested not to quote any rate of this item) [Rate is achieved from fixed minimum rates of Wages in the employment of Sweeping & Cleaning Services from 01-07-2025 to 31-12-2025 as per Circular no. 21/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC dated 17-06-2025 of the Addl. Labour Commissioner, W.B.] Rate is inclusive of minimum wages, bonus, EPF, ESI & GST as per existing rule.

Service charge Service charge including profit and overhead for supply of all labours and materials (All materials and equipments, tools & plants for the cleaning and disinfecting purpose have to be supplied by the agency to the concren A.E. at the time of commencement of the month and concern A.E. will issue the materials in regularly basis to the agency. Supply of Anticeptic liquid, Bleaching Powder, Napthalin, Detergent Powder, Wiper & Mopper scrubbing machine, Vaccum cleaner etc. of approved brand for cleaning / upkeeping of W/C pan, wash basin, Urinal, Sink, drain channel of toilet block and corridors, stairs & Ramps of the campus. 2 sets of uniform per year for all the engaged labour has to supply by the contractor. The bidder have to submit details break up month wise of the all supplied materials in a sperate sheet. (Rate inclusives all taxes & duties) (Bidders are requested to quote rate for this item only)
