Sch 'A' Part -I for srl item No 1.01 to 6.05.

Providing services for outsourcing of operation of microprocessor based electrically operated Lift with automatic rescue device round the clock complete goods/passenger lift 4 Nos (Lift No 4,5,6 & 7) Make:- ECE and comprising the following equipments as under:- (i) 3 Phase induction motor, with pulley and rope. (ii) Lift controller panel (iii) ARD (Automatic rescue device) with batteries (iv) Cabin & door drives (v) Intercom & Electronic switching system (vi) Gear box, governor, break system, inverter with battery and electrical panel board etc installed at machine room.

Shift Timing:-

Morning shift from 0800 Hours to 1600 Hours = 04 Nos shift Lift Nos 4,5,6 & 7

Evening shift from 1600 Hours to 2400 Hours = 02 Nos shift Lift Nos 4&5

Night shift from 2400 Hours to 0800 Hours = 02 Nos shift Lift Nos 4&5

Note:-Each shift shall have minimum 01 No operator/electrician (Skilled labour)

All as per item No 1 herein before above but for passenger lift No 1, 2 & 3 excluding Sunday and holiday Make:- ECE

The Lift Operator employed shall have minimum 2 years experience as a lift operator.

Record of breakdown, repairs and attendance shall be maintained in separate register.

The unit rate quoted by the contractor includes cleaning of installed machinery in machine room LT panel board, cabin, doors and keep the surroundings clean & tidy throughout the contract period.

The contractor shall quote the rate for deputing manpower including reliever arrangement as per labour laws enforce, failing which a penalty @ Rs .1000/- per week will be charged for each shift.

Comprehensive maintenance and repairs micro processor based controlled VVV frequency drive, electric driven lift with ARD (carrying type 26 passenger) 2 Nos serving ground plus 4 floors incl examining, adjusting, lubricating, greasing and replacement of u/s parts like gear box oil, hooter, fire switches, indication, emergency light, low voltage relay complete all or directed by E-in-charge.

Note applicable for item No. 3 to 6. (i) Gear box oil, door drive, VFVR card, Hooter/ floor sensor/ All type of electronic cards/ floor indicator/ power contactor/ VFD /wire rope/ DO Card /LOP/ emergency light/ inverter/UPS etc shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items of the schedule.

(ii) Comprehensive maintenance, repair and replacement of spare parts shall be carried out only by OEM under strict supervision of well experienced and qualified staff.

(iii) The make of spares shall be shown as suitable for the existing system and shall be provided by authorized manufacturer's.

(iv) The rates deemed to include for all items which are not considered in schedule but the same is essential for smooth & efficient functioning of the lift costing less then Rs 400/- i.e. fuse, thimbles, connectors etc.

(v) The contractor shall keep all spares required for routine maintenance and attend the defects immediately. In case of major defects it shall be attended within 24 hrs failing which penal recovery @ 5000/- per day will be charged. The decision of GE will be final & binding.

M&L for buffing to steel doors of lift of any size at all floors complete including polishing, rubbing removing dirt grease, rust etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for buffing to steel surfaces of lift cabin of any size including walls ceiling etc including polishing, rubbing removing dirt grease, rust etc and painting to floor with alluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.
