Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Dismantling of Wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including hangers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken (corrugated/semi corrugated, etc.) asbestos cement sheets in ridge and roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5 Sqm not exc.4 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for refixing of chowkhats or frames of any type in the same opening area exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq. m each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of shutters of any description area exc. 1 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for IInd class hardwood plain, solid, straight chowkats & frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together withglue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

S&F coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified light shade coloured tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm in skirting etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 x 250 x 7mm /450 x 300 x 7mm/ 300x600x 7 mm thick laid over and ncluding 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as in backing coat for tiles on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
