The Consultant shall have Satisfactorily completed similar nature of works (PMC for Building Construction Works) pertains to State / Central / Defence / Local Bodies / State or Central Govt undertakings / Autonomous bodies / Local or municipal bodies with Govt. Grants. and the total cost of the projects executed in any one year shall not be less than Rs. 139.40 Lakhs during last 5 years 2021-22 to 2025-26
