Cleaning of Control Room, Administrative building & surrounding area at 400KV Substation, Bareilly during the period of one Year.

Complete cleaning of Control room, carrier room, committee room, administrative building by both dry and wet cleaning methods. The wet cleaning should comprise use of proper disinfectant.

Daily cleaning of toilets having one sheet & one washbasin in control room building & administrative (Division office) building with phenyl & Harpic etc. The work includes keeping toilet freshener & naphthalene balls in sink.

Complete cleaning of D.G. room, AC Plant room, administrative building open floor and adjacent area comprising of cycle stands at control room & administrative building by dry cleaning methods.

Weekly cleaning of spider webs on walls & from roof ceilings. The broom used for cleaning of walls should be of good quality & it should not tarnish the ceiling or roof painting. (01 Job per month).

Daily dry cleaning of 30 Nos. doors & 48 Nos. glass window including glass pens of widow in control room with duster cloth & wet cloth with good quality cleaner i.e. Colin.

Road cleaning which includes following:- 1. Daily dry cleaning of roads in the officers colony, staff colony and main roads from main gate up to control room and Car/bike stand near control room. 2. Weekly cleaning of roads in the 400/220KV switchyards.
