Providing & fixing of windows made of pre-painted steel (Base steel as per IS 513 of 0.58mm thick “D” Quality galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 GSM). Primer coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with 5-7 microns thick alkyd backer. Section for outer frame should be of 72x55mm, centre mullion should be of 72x50mm, section for fixed glass beading should be of 12x12mm and section for shutter should be of 52 x 25mm. Outer frame & mullion sections to have rebate for glazed shutters, fly mesh and 20 mm provision for guard bars/ grills fly mesh shutter section should be of 20x40mm. The sections are to be cut to length mitre joined with corner bracket. Centre mullions to be fixed with mullion cap, stay, handles 2nos of heavy-duty stain less steel pivot hinges shall be provided per shutter. The windows should be panelled with 4 mm thick plain float glass and S.S. Mesh for fly mesh shutter (304 grade). Rubber Gaskets are provided all around the glass. The above frames should be fixed to the concrete/masonry wall by means of self-expanding, screws. Including 10mm square guard bars with 6” (152.4mm) pitch, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately.

S & F Butt hinges, 100 mm long medium weight, cold rolled SS steel, ISI marked complete all as specified.

S & F Aluminium handles cast type anodised of size 150mm long ISI marked complete all as specified.

S & F 300mm long aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolt with hasp staple, bolt type, and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections & fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy, ISI marked complete all as specified.

S & F 200mm long, aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts, of extruded section ISI marked complete all as specified.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones glazed with oil putty fixed with beads or in wooden shutters complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 03 mm thick glass sheet , ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/wooden beads not exceeding 0.5 square metre in each pane complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkhats or frames of any description with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 Sq.m each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames of any description with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frames) exe 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sq.m each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of shutters in same opening of any descrption after easing and adjusting , exc 1.00 Sqm but n exc 2.00 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces brick/stone or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:6 on brick/stone masonry surface finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of Acrylic exterior Emulsion paint (Apex ultima / Weathercoat All Guard / Berger Walmasta) over a coat of suitable primer and applying two coat of wall care putty as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or previously untreated surfaces of walls and applying two coat of distemper Acrylic Emulsion (Indigo / Asian paint tractor / Berger Walmasta)after applying wall care putty as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 30mm thick factory made solid WPC (wood plastic composit) moulded gauged door shutter with wire mesh in any number of division with brown wood grain texteure, including stainless steel wire mesh shall be fixed with 15 x15 mm square tube in side rails with screwing 8 x 28 heat metal zink coated screw can be remove or fix again after changing of wire mesh, when needed. The density of the shall be as per manufacture instruction compete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 15 mm screed bed 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.
