Installation, testing and commissioning of split type A. C. Machines.

Supply and laying of 5/8" and 1/4" copper pipes with thermal foamtube insulation with 5/8" drain pipes for AC machines including S & L 3 core 2.5sqmm round copper cable.

Supply and installation of MS angel braket , making holes including fixing accessories for providing condensing unit and cooling unit including mading good damages.

Supplying and fixing double door Horizontal TPN MCB Distribution board with IP-42/43 protection, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment-- 8 way Enclosure (607717)[D-10/14][Make- Legrand]

Supplying and fixing 240/415 V MCB Isolator on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection.---63 A FP [D-5/6] [Make- Legrand]

Supplying and fixing 240/415 V MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection [D-6/7] Legrand-- 6-32 A

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy.fittings as required. [E-14/1(a)]-2 x 56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + 1 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) ECC for AC [E-14/1(a)(iii)]

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Brand approved by EIC), without plug top and switch with 2 Module PVC Modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed on wall and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.[E-17/5(a)]

Supply & Fixing 240 V,25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug top with indicator (Brand approved by EIC) & necy. Connections. [E-17/5(b)]

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, Modular type starter (Brand approved by EIC) with 25A Modular switch type DP MCB (CCurve) and 4 Module PVC Modular type switch board with 4 Module top cover plate flushed on wall incl. Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below . For 4 core 25sqmm [F-4/7(c)]

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : 3½ core 25 sqmm cable [F-5/8(b)(xiv)]

SITC of complete time switch for controlling of 2 nos AC machine individually housed in SS double door phosphatised powder coated box with IP- 43 protection with electrical accessories & front door locking arrangement with all connection, a) 32A DP power contactor- 2 nos, Make- L&T /Siemens /BCH /Schnider, b) Daily and weekly programmable basis digital time switch, min switching time 1 min, 25 ON/OFF programs, 6 yrs battery backup, settable DST & key pad lock features - 1 no, Make- L&T /Siemens /BCH /Schnider, c) 32A DP MCB (Breaking capacity 10 KA, 'C' characteristics) for power circuit-1 no. d) 6 A SP MCB (Breaking capacity 10KA ' C' series ) for control circuit- 1 no. The work should be completed with all fabrications, wiring with suitable guage wires of not less than 4 sq mm copper wire for power wiring & 1.5 sq mm for control circuit, with suitable heavy duty terminal blocks, terminations etc. complete as per direction of the EIC.[NS]
