Clearing Heavy jungle on the approach portion of the High Level Bridge and clearing away from the site and depositing the debris including labour charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer as per standard specification and also as per MORTH

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shurbs, sapling and trees of girth upto 300mm, removable of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 100m including removable and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Technical Specification.

Picking the existing BT surface including cost of labour charges, materials, tools, equipments and all incidental charges, clearing up the site and disposal of all surplus materials,etc. complete as per standard specification.

Filling with Carted earth having CBR not less than 8 from available source for forming embankment including conveyance of earth to site, spreading the earth uniformly to the entire embankment formation in layers of not exceeding 250 mm thick as directed by the department officers including compacting each layer to the required density in accordance with IS 2720 part VII at 95% Proctor density upto sub grade level and shoulders keeping the moisture content of earth at the time of compaction within the range of 1% above and 2% below the OMC determined and plasticity index value of not more than 20 and liquid limit not greater than 40 in accordance with IS 2720 using required capacity rollers to achieve the required density in each layer including watering with all leads for water and finishing the surface to the lines and grades ,sections as directed by the departmental officers and including hire charges and running charges for the roller and all other tools and plants employed for the work and all labour charges widening of embankment including compacting the original ground with power roller etc., complete

Granular Sub-base with Graded Material (Table:- 400-1) - Plant Mix Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 - for grading- V Material.

Wet Mix Macadam (Table 400-13) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate for wet mix macadam 250mm as per specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant conveyance of mixed Materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers using pavers in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges, etc complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev and as per approved plans and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying Prime coat over WMM surface using 7kg Emulsion bitumen emulsion (SS-I type) per 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel including cleaaring of road surface, spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means and all other incidental charges as per clause 502 - of MORTH Rev-V etc. complete.

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WBM/ WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as perClause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing, laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam (Grade- II) using 0.24cum of 26.50- 13.20mm, 0.25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20Kgs of VG30 Grade bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen, aggregate and mixing them in the required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20- 30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm using paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire and fuel charges for 20-30ton CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory rollers and all other tools and plant required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30mm thick (Grade- II) using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5.

Sub Estimate -Road furniture

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes (Road Marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising Glass beads on bituminous surface)

Providing and fixing reflective road studs of category A raised pavement markers made out of polycarbonate/methyl methercrylate/ABS moulded body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro-reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No RW/NH.33023/10/97-DO.III dt.11.06.97 and the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100 mm, 15 mm and 90 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13Sq.cm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+5 degree. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 2 of said MORTH circular. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19+/-2mm and height not less than 30+/-2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500kgf. Fixing will be drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35- 2015 guidelines and MoRT&H specification 804 etc., complete

Providing and erecting of direction and place identification Retro -Reflectorised sign made out of High Intensity Prismatic Grade Sheeting conforming to type-IV standards of IRC 67:2012 and ASTM D 4956-09, Specification and fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mm x 25mm x 3mm Mild steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75mm x 75mm x6mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10m from the ground level to bottom of sign board and 0.60m below ground level. The sign post should be painted as per IRC67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer in charge. High intensity Retro Reflectro sheet shall consis of minimum coefficient of retro reflection as per table 6.6 of IRC67-2012. The Retro-reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC67:2012. Providing and Fixing of Rigid Median Marker double sided made of tough, high impact resistant, injection-molded, thermoplastic body with an isosceles trapezoidal structure of length, width and height not less than 15cm, 10cm and lOcm respectively and thickness not less than 1.8mm, the body structure shall be rounded at its acute angle, all the corners and edges. The plastic used for molding the Median Marker shall have a minimum Notched lzod Impact strength value of 600 Jfm at room temperature, when tested in accordance with ASTM 0256 a nd shall retain at least 70% of this value when subjected to accelerated weathering for 1000hrs as per ASTM 0155 or UL746C. The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed on either side of the body in the injection molding process. 'The Median Marker shall have rectangular-shaped, fluorescent yellow color retro-reflective sheeting of size not less than 8.5cm*8.5cm and with fully reflective micro prismatic cube corners as its retroreflective elements as per IRC 67 2012 and ASTM 04956-09 type xr specifications reflectivity values. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be both sides of the Median Marker and shall be edge protected with no exposed edges which will prevent edge lifting, vandalism, sheeting damage, etc. The Median Marker shall be flxed by a combination of epoxy grouting.
