Improvement of bituminous road from Indravati Dam Left Flank to Nagi Dyke Junction (0 RD to 3.3 RD) via Luthikudi Village, U.I.D.C., Khatiguda.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Clause 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface in a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres. royalty and taxes of all materials, labour charges T&P , supervision, curing for the required period , cess etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) including with all lead, lifts & delifts including labour, supervision, cess, overhead Charges, contractor's profit, insurance, T&P , all other connected operation etc. , taxes of all materials including labours hire and running charges of machinaris, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all lead, lifts & delifts including labour, supervision, cess, overhead Charges, contractor's profit, insurance, T&P and all other connected operation etc. and taxes of all materials including labours and hire charges of T&P materials required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Bituminous macadam(50mm) with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepaired surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) with all lead, lifts & delifts including labour, supervision, cess, overhead Charges, contractor's profit, insurance, T&P , taxes of all materials including labours hire and running charges of machinaris, cost of all labour, all other connected operation etc. with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaris, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and laying Semi dense bituminous concrete grade-II(25mm) with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penitration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compactionas per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) including cost, conveyance,royalty, taxes of all materials with all lead, lifts & delifts including labour, supervision, cess, overhead Charges, contractor's profit, insurance, T&P , taxes of all materials including labours , hire and running charges of machinaris, cost of all labour, all other connected operation etc. with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Labour for laying moorum in shoulder in layers not exceeding 100mm watering and compacting to the required density in O.M.C with PRR but including cost and conveyance of sub base materials including cost, conveyance,royalty, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaris, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.
